After completely messing up my original appointment, I was rescheduled for the next day at 9:00 AM. After not hearing anything and no show, I called to check at 10:30 AM. It turns out there were issues getting the materials, so they sent the crew to another job and moved mine to the afternoon. I never received a call about this change. I only found this out when I called to check in. By 2:12 PM, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to check in again. I was told they would be wrapping up the prior job in the next 30 minutes and would be calling me soon. At 3:39 PM I still had not heard anything, so I called again. The rep didn’t know what was happening so they agreed to call me back once they knew. Received a call at 4:11 PM stating they were not coming and could reschedule for the next day at 8:00 AM. I am now waiting for my third scheduled appointment to see if they will arrive as promised.
