Nice cute girls, they have six beers on tap and working on six more. Fifteen TV’s and outdoor seating so you can vape or smoke. Been there and I believe it shut down.

Very disappointing. We ordered the wings and the Aztec Burger. The wings were served hot and tasted pretty good. We were charged $ 3 for veggie sticks and got 4 celery sticks that were about 3″ long and no carrots. Ive had better frozen burgers from HEB. It was just a plain burger that came with a lot of lettuce, no onion or pickles, and a small tomato slice. It comes with blue cheese and I asked for honey mustard. Apparently they do their sauce shopping in the salad dressing isle. The place was hot and although the only waitress in the place worked hard for us, you could definitely tell she was very inexperienced, all while we listened to gangster rap in the back ground. Very disappointed with our experience.

Wow what can I say about wings army, other then«what a missed opportunity!» The place was neer empty when I dined there on a Sunday afternoon around 3 pm. I ate at the bar so I could watch the games. As I began interacting with the pleasant but untrained staff I began to see a interesting tapestry of mistakes made by people that do not understand customer service or the restaurant business. I ordered what I thought was going to be a very tasty wing and rib plate. This was the description I read in the menu. After about 20 minutes?! I received a basket of wings and rib tips that were unfortunately inedible. The wings on the other hand were nice well cooked but unfortunately had too little sauce. I had high hopes for this overpriced mess of a wing restaurant, and with competitors like wing stop just a few miles away this place is doomed.

I’ve been twice and thought the wings were pretty good. Definitely not worth the wait though. I’ll try again in a few month’s to see if things have gotten any better.

Peeved. Was looking forward to beer selection and a decent meal. Closed. Is it Monday thing? Idk. Did you know it was football season?

Most bizarre place I’ve ever been in. A wings place but they don’t sell beer and they don’t have NFL ticket. The only reason it gets two stars is because the wing were pretty good.

I forgot to write my review of this place back on 09÷04÷14. We came here to watch TNF on their TV’s since Beef O’ Brady’s use to be here. We heard about the FREE beer but it was not worth the disappointing service, food, and atmosphere. We got here at 6:45pm, ordered foot at 7:15pm, and got our food at about 8:45pm. There was only one waitress and one cook the entire time. I only got 1 free beer because we rarely saw our server. On top of that, the prices were way over the top for what I got. For $ 9.99, I received 10 boneless wings that were smaller than Chicken McNuggets with celery and half a pack of packaged carrots. I ordered fries that never came. What sent me over the top was that half the table didn’t get a bill for some reason. But I was one of the«lucky» ones that got a bill. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I don’t blame the waitress since she was the only one there for 50 people. I blame the bad management and the owner for this terrible experience. Will NEVER come back.

I only gave this place 2 stars because our server was polite and up beat. I felt bad for her working there. She is so nice she could work somewhere else and make money. Plus they had a lot of TV’s which was nice. We were the only people there. There was no beer but I am assuming that will change in the future. The food was terrible. I am not even sure we were eating chicken. It was cut up meat that was deep fried. The pieces were small. The fries had a zest to them that just didn’t work. The ranch dressing was super think more the consistency of sour cream. It was weird & didn’t taste right. The carrots were slimy. The price was too expensive for what we got. I truly hope we do not get sick. That is how bad the food was. I wouldn’t go back.

The food was good don’t get me wrong but the service was so horrible the taste of the food cannot make up for the bad service. Never again will I come back. Poor waiting, hosting, and overall flow of place. Missing lightbulbs, creepy environment. Very disappointed. They need management, bad.

Entering the restaurant was like entering an empty military disco with a dash of thug. The quality of food was horrible, McDonald’s mc nuggets are far better. The cost of food to quality received was way off– my $ 17 meal was only worth $ 9.00 respectively. The waitress was nice and polite, all in all I will never return to the restaurant again. And dashing from pop music to thugland music was truly awful and awkward. Choose a genre and stick to it, i don’t recommend thug rap music for polite society.

Walking into Wings Army I got a Buffalo Wild Wings/Wingstop vibe. Walls are covered with televisions and military memorabilia. The music was awful. When we walked in it was quiet but then the music turned on with wayyyyy to much bass for noon on a Saturday. My seat was vibrating due to the bass in the music and it just didn’t fit with the atmosphere. The waitstaff is young so maybe this is their influence. While looking at the menu, it doesn’t really have any descriptions of what the items consist of. For example, the burgers had three listed, but didn’t describe what they had or differentiated them. I asked the waitress who was knowledgable. We tried to order friend pickles but they were out. We settled on the fried cheesesticks which were over fried but still ok. We also ordered the apache burger, classic burger, and 5 regular wings mild. The wait for our food felt like forever and most of the tables were empty except for two or three couples. Our food arrived and to our surprise the burgers were on pretzel buns. The apache burger was bun, slice of cheese and ranch on top of a bed of fries that were seasoned in lemon pepper. The fries were my fav part of my meal. The mild wings were nothing special. My bf said his classic burger was good. Overall this place is ok and they have a lot to improve.

We tried the place out and this is how it played out: One star for music selection One star for the free beer One star for friendly service. Wings were dry and over spiced. Will give them another try due to, ahem, free beer.

Nothing special about this menu. This stuff was bought at a grocery store frozen and cooked. They should’ve spent less on the tv and more on the food. Also the BEERISFREERIGHTNOW!

Awesome crispy wings and the best batter fries. Much better priced that wingstop. This is definitely my family’s new place for great wings.

They just opened up, and I guess they were in a hurry to start making money, but they don’t seem ready to start serving. When I walked in I went straight to the bar since there were absolutely no employees present — no servers at the front to seat me somewhere, no waitresses, no bartenders. It took about two full minutes before the first employee emerged from the back. There were about a dozen of beers on tap, but unfortunately no beer was flowing from those taps and no bottles were stocked. There was a keg of Bud Light. The menu was a 12×12 laminated piece of card stock. There were 15 wing flavors, but unfortunately there were no descriptions of the flavors, and with flavors like Ahumada and Bomba that might have helped. There were burger choices named something like Apache and Howitzer, but again no descriptions of the difference between them. I opted for the Cajun Hot & Original Hot wings. The wings came and the waitress disappeared again for a long while. There were no napkins and no ranch or bleu cheese was provided. When she reappeared a few minutes later she informed me that dressing would be 89 cents and gave me two paper towels when I asked for napkins. In spite of the abysmal service, the wings were actually good — I like mine a little saucier, but they size of the wings and flavors were good. Because of this, I will try the place again in hopes that the newness of the operation was the reason for my experience.

Okay, I am a little torn on my rating for Wing’s Army. I wasn’t really feeling the military theme of the restaurant – it was too dark and gloomy for my taste. I had trouble reading the menu and seeing my bill. Although I support the troops and appreciate their service to the country, I just don’t want to be looking at military memorabilia and gear while scarfing down my hot wings. So, I am subtracting half a point from my rating and giving this restaurant a 3.5. So, last night I ran by the new Wing’s Army Restaurant/Sports Bar that is located just off of Bandera Rd. I’m not sure what’s going on with the whole hot wing thing on Bandera Road, but there are going to be three or four wing places in the vicinity. This particular location of Wing’s Army took over the old«Beef O’Brady» spot. At first I thought this place was a start-up venture by some retired military guys launching a new career. It’s not – it’s really part of a well-developed chain of over 100 restaurants from Mexico. It kind of makes you wander about the whole American military theme of the restaurant. Any old way – two thumbs up for the hot wings at Wing’s Army. The wings were very affordable and seemed tastier and bigger than what you get at Wing Stop. I ordered 10 wings and should have stopped at five. The owners offer a broader and more creative selection of hot wing sauces and lots and lots of beer. Wing Stop and Buffalo Wild Wings better watch out because Wing’s Army is serving hot wings con sabor!
