Wingstop

This place is good if you are looking for a quick wing fix. you can order online so that’s pretty nice. This is not a place I would make a habit of going to but its not bad.

Tables and floor were clean. Order was taken fast and accurately. Music was a tad loud but that’s ok. I like how the kitchen is visible behind the glass. Food was fast hot and awesome!

We love this place, the food is always fresh. We order some wings for Super Bowl Sunday and they were ready when they said they would be.

Nothing to write home about… wings are good, fresh and hot. Little on the pricey side though. Place was clean but god damn there was a shit load of flies buzzing around. Couldn’t eat in peace without waving them off your food. They need a bug zapper.

Fast to order at 5:15pm roughly. Got our order quickly! Food was really awesome as we got a 50 piece family meal.
Food tasted awesome as this was our first visit!

So far since this place has been open, it has been good to us since we don’t live too far from here as opposed to going to the other locations on walzem and the other in universal city off pat booker, but my stars are for the food of course and the lack of customer service this place has. Let’s just start off by saying the kids they have working here are exactly what they are kids. I came here one night to pick up my order and literally waited in line for about 5 mins not order or pick up my food, but to pay because the two girls at the register were too busy giggling about their schedule and how one of them was going to have their birthday off. Hey I’m all up for getting stoked about having off on your birthday but there’s a time and place for that (like on your break and in the break room) not when you’re on the clock and in front of customers. And the upsetting part about this is that one girl looked at me and said «oh she can help you out «and continued to look at the schedule, while the other girl had her phone out taken a picture of it. I just hope this doesn’t happen to any of you guys when you go here but other than that the food is great as always. I’m Ron Burgundy you stay classy San Antonio !!!

We try to cook at home as much as possible because I personally have worked in restaurants, I know what goes on. Tonight we decided to get wing stop because we were invited to a party to watch the Spurs and did not have time to cook. When we were eating our food my daughter discovered a staple in her potato salad. This really bothered me so I took the time to call the manager of the store and let him know what happened. It seems today that when something goes wrong with your order they expect you to get back in your vehicle and drive back to the store to have your food replaced, even when the Spurs are in the finals. When I explained that there is nothing wrong with remainder of our food all the manager would offer us is «sorry». That is perfectly fine with me as I don’t expect or need free food, my income is excellent. But as a result of lame customer service I did want take the time to warn others to be careful of the staples when you order Wing Stop. If my daughter had swallowed the staple it could have torn her intestine which is often fatal. Look it up…
My kids want to add the fries were greasy. The chicken was good.
