My headphone jax broke and apple wouldn’t fix it. Other places were going to charge me 100 $. I came to zfixit and he was cheap, fast and came with a warrantee. Any problems I have I’ll always come to him!

Very pleased! My iPod Nano (6^th Gen) power button was «stuck» so that the only way I could turn it on was to put it on a docking station. I took a chance and mailed it in, and I’m glad I did! Busted Apple fixed it at a reasonable price and quick turn around. Very happy.

I had a very positive experience working with zFixit (and specifically Manuel), and plan to use them for any future electronic repairs!
The power button on my iPod (6^th generation) got jammed, and i took the device to the Apple store. The associate indicated that this was «a common problem» with the device, but they would be happy to fix it for the standard $ 65 fee. I was disappointed that the cost was so high, and decided to check out other options.
After researching this problem (which seems to be quite common in this model), a lot of folks were recommending this company. I was a bit skeptical about the repair process, but Manuel answered all my questions about how I needed to get the device from the West Coast to Texas. He was professional, prompt in his replies and clear in his answers.
My device made it to Texas, and Manuel had it fixed in two days. He sent me emails when the device was received, and once it shipped. In all, it was a seamless process, a great price for the repair and high-​quality service.

There seem to be so many places out there that want take your money and do a sloppy job, that it is nice to see that this guy cares about getting it right. He noticed after replacing the screen that the image jumped around while scrolling and he redid the repair with a fresh screen. Then I pointed out that the volume was still low and he went back and fixed that. He also repaired the home button feel — something damaged during a prior repair I did myself. Cost me $ 85 — less than other places I had checked with.

Extremely satisfied with the service, i mailed in my Ipod since it wouldn’t charge anymore, when i connected my ipod cable nothing would happen. At first i though the charger dock was the issue, sent it in for a diagnostic and it turned out it was only the batter. I got my ipod back within a week or so of sending it out. I will definitely use this service again. thanks!
