This is the best T-​Mobile ever. The Representative Cherise is the great! Always has the best customer service. The whole T-​Mobile store is good. Sometimes it’s really busy, but they actually notice every customer that walks in. Keep up the great job!

Went there today to pick up my new iPhone 6 plus service was amazing was helped by Christopher I think that’s what his name was they were all really polite and felt very welcomed I go there all the time such friendly service keep up the good work guys

We went to upgrade our phones here yesterday 5÷29÷15. The upgrade went fine Christopher was a fantastic help. My phone was going to take twenty minutes to switch the info to the new phone so he told us to grab some food and come back then. That was at 7:45.
We came back at 8:02 and the store was closed and locked. A set of customers were still inside with a female associate so we knocked. She looked over and then turned back to her customers. Naturally we knocked again in a few minutes and she did the same.
After 26 minutes of waiting outside she opened the door for the other customers and we were waiting patiently outside as we started to come in she rudely said «no, you can’t come in». Sorry but is this how service is done? High jack our phones (new and old) and refuse to even see what we needed… Thankfully after 35+ minutes Christopher came out from the back and told her we just needed to pick up our phones.
T-​Mobile is this how business is done? Leave paying customers standing outside for half an hour until we can finally speak to someone?
