Customer communication is the worst I have ever had!!! They don’t even try to make it right with the costumer.
I went to Alan’s to get my chain saw fixed which cost me $ 150 which is a lot for a chain saw. I waited 1 month and a half and never heard a word from them, not a peep so I gave them a call. They told me parts are on order… I asked if they can knock the price down since I almost waited 2 months and basically told me to pound sand. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else to get your small engines fixed.

Alan does a great job. He is very honest about his estimates. He will tell you if it would be a waste of money for a repair. He knows his business is repeat business. He does not try to overcharge.

Beaumont, CA
Great shop for anything small engine related. Alan specializes in lawn mowers but he can work on and order parts for anything. The drive is definitely worth while. I used this shop professionally and personally.
