Anna’s Linens

I am So unhappy about one of my favorite stores closing!!!
What are we to do now???
This is TERRIBLE!!!
This is just the thing to bring on depression!!!
I have enjoyed shopping at Ann’s Linens for many many years!!!
Now I feel like a baby who has just gotten his candy taken away!
My husband thinks I’v lost my mind, but he just doesn’t understand that my shopping this store was fun therapy for me in more ways than one! Redlands & San Bernardino thank you for great customer service with a smile and good conversations ;-))

These ladies were an amazing breath of fresh air after our morning experience at the Redlands Anna’s. Horrible customer service with rude employees, and a disaster of a store.
Olivia, the assistant manager, was incredibly friendly and approachable, truly a trusted and kind authority in the store:) She greeted us as we walked in, asked us about our day, had lovely conversation with us, and was deeply apologetic for our experience at the other store. She helped us find all that we needed and gently suggested add-​on, which is her job ;) and we didn’t mind. Her associate who rang us up in the end, Gwen was lovely, gave my mother in law some soothing advise about the area she is nervous about moving to and rang us up super quick. These two ladies definitely made our day and were a perfect example of customer service. On top of all of that the selection was much more vast and organize in this store than Redlands.
We definitely recommend that if you are in the area AVOID the Redlands Anna’s and take the trip to this Anna’s Linens. I assure you that you will be pleased!

I was in the area and decided to go in to look at the specials on comforters. Ended up getting 2 bed-​in-​a-​bag specials. One of my friends recently had a bad experience after she purchased a red comforter from this chain as it ended up permanently staining the insider of her dryer so we will see if I have the same luck. The employees here were very friendly compared to the other locations i have visited. The prices for household items, especially the clearance items are very cheap, so I hope it is not a «you get what you pay for» type of experience. They ran out of the loveseat covers featured in the sale ad, so it was a bit disappointing.
