Baker’s Drive Thru

Bleh. This is the closest fast food to my work and it will always be my last choice. The one star is because the ladies working there are very nice, but that’s it.
Every single time I’ve gone (mostly because work caters there sometimes) the fries have been cold and cooked in rancid oil. They taste so gross! The burgers are okay but also have a funny taste about them. I just can’t get over the reused, rancid oil for the fries. Yuck.

Double check your orders before leaving the drive thru. You will have the wait 5 minutes for them to make a cheese burger they forgot to bag and now the rest of my food is cold.

I love bakers they have the best daily deals and the best unsweet ice tea they always ask if I want lemon with it great service and the double bakers should be world famous thats how good it is inn in out dont have nothing on it

I love bakers. Good quality here and reasonably priced food. I recommend a cheeseburger with the super deluxe fries. Will not leave you hungry.

There was a young cashier guy who was extremely helpful. He came to tell me that he rang up an extra french fries on my tab by accident. .I didn’t even notice and he apologized along with bringing me the difference. He brought my food and I thought it was great seeing a young kid with such great customer service, especially at a fast food place.

Meal is $ 5.99
Great deal is 32 oz drink for $ 1
Total charge without tax should be $ 6.99
Total charge was $ 8.65
I received a regular fries, the Caribbean burger, and 2 — 32 oz teas.
I was charged for a large fries. That is why I was overcharged by $ 1.
I hope that this isn’t a scam that they are running since it is drive through.
Can’t get my large fries or $ 1 back, so I’m posting this

When there is 5 – 10 HS students in here being nasty loud and disrespectful it’s the managers job to refuse them service. To be honest because I have spoken with the manager before and I know she was sitting out at the tables drinking soda while these little hoodlums were acting the way they were I won’t go back. If it’s a problem dealing with them then call the school or school police. You’re allowing these soda buying /​cheap customers to run out decent people.

okay, so listen i’ma start by saying I loooove bakers and that’s the only reason why it has the 2 stars to begin with but this location right here! its horrible…
their wait IS EXTRRREMELY LONG!

I never really had a family growing up so I eat here and pretend it’s home cooking from my mom. I imagine that’s what it’s like to be loved :/

Avoid, now I know why the parking lot is empty. Still waiting for my order fifteen minutes and counting.
This review started as just a tip, however, once my order finally arrived (a good 20 minutes after placing the order) I decided enough is enough. Because the drive-​thru at the nearby McDonald’s was long, and bums were roaming the parking lot, I made the fateful decision to waste a lot of time going to Bakers. Encouraged by the proximity to campus, and the empty parking lot, I pulled in reasoning how can they mess things up when it is slow? Apparently, idle and apathetic employees can indeed screw up effortlessly.
I ordered what I thought would be a quickie: Number Two sausage sandwich with hash browns and coffee. Should only take all of 3 – 4 minutes to assemble, right? Well, the clock ticked, no coffee, no food in sight, and a bunch of employees standing around. Irritated, I got up to inquire about my order after some 12 – 15 minutes, and asked if the coffee sitting there was mine. It was. Still no food though. The guy who took the order said they were cooking the sandwich. Lame. At least the food was fresh and hot.
Finally, as mentioned above, the order was ready. The guy brought it out and I asked him if it was normal to take this long? He said they made a mistake and gave my order to a drive-​thru customer (Remember that line about drive-​thrus in that Mel Gibson flick). Simply put, they messed over two customers in one unapologetic blow. Sure, the fellow apologized to me, but no managers owned up to the mistake that I heard several employees laughing about in the back. No refund or coupons were offered to make up for the twenty-​minute wait either.
If I were the GM, I’d fire the morning staff and retrain everyone else.

When my family comes here from Az, Baker’s is the first place they stop. They love the food.

Good place to get a quick, cheap meal. Tastes kind of like In n Out. If you’re in a rush or low on money, why not?

Just awful! Chicken is so dried out that it looks like a burger Patti. The food here is poor quality and poor taste :(
