Amazing customer service and prices. This historic location just won’t quit. Their repairs are great, you just got to tell them what exactly you need. They offer comparable pricing to what you can get online… and the manager has a strong stance on why this is important. Recently, the store was inflicted with an accident but their service and support is still as strong as ever. They have a plan on rebuilding and continuing to offer the Inland Empire with great service, quality, and price. Go with this place! (Ask for Shawn for extra personalized service.)

Got a great deal on my ukelele here! Bough a Lanikai LU 21p (that I’m really happy with) for a steal! I like to come here to buy music for school and to check out cool instruments. Definitely recomend shopping at small businesses like these.
Must admit that at first I was intimidated by the location of the store, but I assure you that its actually not bad at all. Very friendly staff. =)

I Submitted a trumpet for repair. 2 months later got it back. Nothing but excuses. Will never come back. No phone call. No follow through. Was to get a phone sever days ago and got no call back. Good luck with this place.

Bertand’s is the best. My son started band and our school sent us a flyer. We went to Patriot HS and WOW. I rented a sax, and got him a book at a great price! AJ was very helpful and knew alot about saxophones. I would definitely recommend Bertand’s!

They specialize in instrument rentals for the Inland Empire, including Redlands, Riverside, Fontana, Rialto, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Colton. Truly fantastic!
