Stephanie was courteous & helpful, Erica made sure that my service needs were processed with my best interest considering this was an insurance repair by another party, Louie was a great service coordinator & Javier was a prompt & thorough service attendant. This crew is on point!

Wow!!! Caliber Collision is a 10 out of 10 for sure. It was a no hassle smooth experience. They kept me informed of their progress by text. Who does that. The customer service was stellar. EVERYONE greets you as you walk in with a genuine welcome. They even offer to get you something to drink. I had NOT ONE issue. It seems like I got my car back even better than it was before I took it. I can’t recommend them enough. My technician was Louie. AWESOME. lack of knowledge, lack of skills, lack of basic customer skills. sent me away to spend 1500 bucks of my insurance co money because they couldn’t even install a factory spoiler, what a bunch of idiots. I can install it myself in an hour, that’s how incompetent these idiots are !!!

Amazing customer service! My consultant was Adrian, and he was awesome! They worked around myself schedule, and because I was moving out of state they were able to get the job done a lot sooner than originally scheduled (the estimated to finish in 8 days, but finished three days early). I loved that they even left a little bit of paint just in case, and even guarantees a lifetime warranty! The only complaint is that inside my car has a ton of white dust/​powder. You can easily tell someone rummaged in my vehicle. Would have been nice if there was a wipe down, someone also left an unfinished can of Coke (I know that because I don’t drink soda). Other than that, I had the best service! I didn’t have a rental, so they were able to drop me off at home, and even picked me up the day it was ready!

Wow — Honest as the Day is Long! They checked out my ding, told me to hold off, because it wasn’t worth fixing and then cleaned up the bumper for me.
I will go back to this company forever!

This place is really nice. I had pretty severe car accident, and my insurance company suggested this place. I checked Unilocal reviews, and was able to figure out that so many people satisfied with their works and customer service. Five star is not enough to describe them. I’m so sensitive to noise of car while driving, and some minor noise took place after repair. I know that an accident gives critical affect on a car, and noise is not avoidable. I went to let them check my car more than three times but they did not complaint but did their best to figure out the noise. I’m willing to go this place for following issues.

I’d highly recommend Caliber Collision in San Bernardino. The office staff and managers were great through the whole process, beginning to end. The car looks great. This repair was covered by the insurance of the man who hit us, so no cost to us. But, I’d go here even if we had to pay.

Got my car rear ended on the freeway in a 5 car collision and thru my insurance they suggested this place. I checked the reviews and decided to go here and have them fix my car, the customer service was very good, the employees were informative, professional, and overall very helpful. They gave me an estimate of three weeks but had it finished a week and a half early! My car looks just like it did when i got it and im very satisfied with the job they did, id highly recommend this company for repairs!!!

Man these guys are good… was involved in a lil fender bender and these guys were recommended by the dealer so that’s where I went… there’s a reason they were… Got to personally deal with the manager the whole time… That guy is great… I was a bit of a special customer but he kept up with me without missing a step, top notch customer service with him… all I did was drop it off and pick it up, oh and sign… end result was awesome. I’ve been to several caliber locations before and this location is the best location by far. Erica was very cordial and very professional and I was very happy right when I walked in. They were nice enough to offer me water. I was rear ended by a driver on the freeway and I drove to this location to have it taken care of. They were very sympathetic and very concerned about my accident. It felt nice to be cared about in a time like this. No one likes being in an accident, and my car looks great. It’s midterms week and of course I would get into an accident! The people here were all very nice and greeted me right when I came, especially Kenny. It looked like I had huge scratches of yellow on my blue car, but Kenny told me that is was probably just paint that transfered onto my car. Robert took my car into the back to work on it and within 15 minutes my car looked like new! And guess how much it cost? Zero! My terrible midterm week got a whole lot better because of these guys. Thanks again!

Most professional, experienced and efficient collisoon reapir shop. I was hot in the back by a driver who was texting and from dealing with farmers who was very professional and efficient as well to calliber who gave me a reasonable quote, cheaper then others. It was $ 500 when others in San Bernardino were trying to charge me $ 1000. They had my car in and out in 2 days, farmers provided a volkwagen rental, hence I drive a volkwagen. And my car looked and felt brand new i would highly recommend this place their level of efficiency, high quality work, and professionalism is exceptional. I will definitely deal with them again if something else happens to my vehicle.

I was so nervous and shaken up from my accident and I didn’t know what to do and who to take my car to. I took my car to Caliber Collision in San Bernardino and I couldn’t have been happier! They sent me daily pictures of my cars status so I was updated everyday! Kenny was phenomenal and he helped me tremendously and answered all my questions! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get their cars or trucks fixed!
