I purchased a Cannon safe over ten years ago and the dial started to come loose and I had to hold it just right to get it to work. I figured if I did that for long I’d get locked out and really be screwed. I called cannon and talked to a customer service rep who told me it wasn’t a problem and they are shipping me a new dial under the lifetime warranty. I just need to have a locksmith put it in. Single call resolution and about five minutes on the call. I consider that a win.

Horrible service! I ordered a cannon safe through and cannon got mixed up with my order. I waited 1 ½ months for the safe and it never came. Costco was not able to figure out what happened with my order so I called cannon directly. I found out from cannon that they thought my order was already delivered. They apologized and said the carrier would contact me that day to schedule delivery but they never called. I had to bug cannon again the next day before they finally delivered the safe.
