To put it simply, the manager here is awesome. He’s always on top of his game. Always. He’s completely aware of everything that’s going on in his store, be it new releases, products, sales, pick up orders, everything! I’ve been in this industry for a couple years now, and I’ve had the pleasure of working aside many great stylists; all which agree that customer service is your best asset here. This industry does in fact revolve around customer service and he definitely surpasses everyone I’ve encountered. Give the man a promotion!

I love this Cosmo prof! They are so helpful here Lorenzo is always making sure I find the best deal on what I need to get. And he always make sure that I know what’s on sale as well. Jayme is also the best here!

Most of the workers are helpful, but don’t always know the products. Clean store and I can always find a sale :)
