D’arca Formal Wear

I have been shopping around with my daughter for the perfect wedding gown. She has been waiting for her Awwwwww moment and we found the gown and the price at D’Arca’s. The customer service was awesome. Our day started out on a cold and raining, A family member had reminded me of the little boutique that has been there since we were kids. So after a couple of miserable attempts at some boutiques in another area I decided to go and see what we could find at D’Arca. She listened to what my daughter described, picked a select few that she said were going to match what she was looking for in her dress. She tried one dress and was in love with dress. We absolutely will be sending the groomsman here for the tuxedo’s. Everything about this place is wonderful.

We have been here twice for tuxedo rentals and they never disappoint. Both times were close to closing hours and they spent just as much time helping us as any other customer. If you want true old fashioned customer service, you can’t beat D’Arca’s. We live in Rancho Cucamonga and don’t mind the 30 minute drive. THEY ARE WORTH IT!

I, the bride was beside myself when I came into this store. DAVIDS BRIDAL had really messed up my wedding dress etc. and at the last moment, we went here. We should have gone here first. The owner was such a nice man, calm and assuring, his staff of actual professionals were so much more than accommodating, they took the time, and cleaned up a REALLY ugly mess! I found my beautiful wedding dress here, with stunning veil and had our entire bridal party dressed! Kathy and Erik are the BEST! The customer service was out of this world but most importantly, we had a lovely wedding, looked stunning and received sooo many compliments on the dress and tuxes! We WILL only go here, for all of our future life event needs, we just can not tell you, the reader, what a great experience we had from the awful

My dad went here to rent a tuxedo for a Marine Corps Birthday Ball. It was picked up late on Friday and they stayed opened to accommodate his work schedule. They didn’t leave until he tried it on and it was perfect. The owner John provided superb customer service. Highly recommend renting quality tuxes. My dad ended up buying his for a great price!

I brought my business suit here for some alterations. They worked quickly, did an awesome job and are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

From start to finish they took care of me! I dropped in to get my son a tux for one of mine an my fiancée friends that’s asked for our son To be the ring boy. Well first thing that I noticed when we came in was Eric. He helped us out figure out exactly the right tux for him an ordered it on spot. Followed up with me the way he said he would. Went in today to pick it up an mr. D’arca himself took care of us right away an helped with everything an was so friendly with my little guy made us feel like we were number 1! Very hard to find places like this these days where you walk in an you feel like your number 1. Definitely coming back for all my tailoring formal wear needs. Thanks guys!!!

Who knew this store can be found among the ruins that is present day San Bernardino. So my buddy is getting hitched in October and he came here for the suits and I’m part of the entourage I had to get measured for my tux. I came in on a late Monday afternoon & the place was humming, the bees were frantic… spring weddings or sweet 16 parties?
The manager that helped me, I think his name was Roy, was fantastic, totally unfazed & kept his sense of humor about him.
It is refreshing to be working with a true professional.
