This El Pollo Loco location isn’t the worst, but it definitely isn’t that great either. The food is hit and miss on quality and taste. I’ve had a pretty good burrito here before, but I normally like ordering their chicken & tortillas with sides. This time I ordered the two piece meal with flour tortillas, mashed potatoes, salad, and a Sprite. The service was kind of slow and when I got home I found out that I had gotten corn tortillas instead of flour, so that kind of ruined things right there for me. Plus the chicken wasn’t as juicy and fresh as it should have been. Then I took a drink of the Sprite and it was flavorless. The machine was out of syrup, so I had basically received a cup of soda water that I ended up dumping out. At that point I felt like I got a little ripped off. I’ll probably go back but not for a while.

It is what it is. The salsa kinda sucks but the chicken is very tasty. I go there when I’m in the mood for processed Mexican food. It scratches a certain type of itch. The people that work there were very nice.

This restaurant has delicious food. The service for the drive thru is terrible. Of all the times I’ve been there they mess up the order. They even rushed and stuffed all of our food in one bag. They tried to pass off this packaged hot sauce instead of their regular salsa. It also took really long just to get our food together. I hope this restaurant makes some changes to staff at the window because we will no longer go there.

I don’t like this pollo loco. I have tried it on several occasions the service is bad, they take a long time to make the food. I ordered my food and watched them make other people’s meals before mine was made and I was first in line at the drive thru. They were out of chicken in the middle of they day, and other items. I’m never going back.

My rule is 3 stars maximum to any chain restaurant! So I would say that this location is GOOD.
The order was completed, they didn’t forget anything and staff was nice. I used the drive-thru and I decided to changed my order when I got to the window and there was no issues with it.
I got the whole chicken deal for $ 10 and it was pretty good. Very well seasoned and marinated and it wasn’t dried at all.
I enjoyed dinner.

Always good #4 combo.
They sometimes run out of flan or forget to put the caramel sauce on it (just get ur money back).
Always ask for some more creamy cilantro sauce since one doesn’t do it.
