It’s refreshing to receive such great service at any place of service. I came here to have live scan done. Elizabeth was super friendly and provided efficient service. I was a walk-​in and was still in and out in 5 minutes. The price was low and Elizabeth even checked to see if the DOJ fees could be waived. I highly recommend!

Best place by far to get livescan done. I made the mistake of going to another place in san Bernardino (on Waterman ave) only to have quality control (and fingerprint rejection) errors TWICE! Never had a problem with ELITE LIVE SCAN. Recommended highly, been going to her since she was located in Rialto.

I searched high and low for a low cost livescan without realizing that there Was one so close to me.
I went to a different place not far from Elite, only to find the rudest most bitter women working there. I went to security defense twice to try to get my livescan, only to be rudely turned away for not having the right info. And rather than explain what I needed, the bitter woman just looked at me coldly and mumbled something.
I finally got directions to Elite and could not be happier with the customer service. Elizabeth was friendly and very helpful. I will be recommending Elite to others.
