Don’t not eat here!!! I found a fly in my salad, I also ordered added avocado to my salad and it was all brown! Manager was NOT friendly at all and gave me a look like it was my fault. Nasty place don’t eat here.

For the sake of no money me and my husband would go here a lot. You can get a lot of food for a cheap price. The food isn’t to good and if you dine in you are dinning with flies and we even saw roaches! Disgusting! We eventually stopped going there once we saw the roach! The bean and cheese burritos are big but they don’t taste right and the «fresh salsa» is just chopped up tomatoes. Food sucks here! It’s worn down and dirty. The staff are really rude also! Stay away!

We were coming back from a camping trip on Sunday afternoon and were starving. We Googled the closest Camping World to offload our septic but they didn’t have one. So we had to find a place that we could park our truck and trailer. All the fast food establishments we passed were too small. But Gus Jr was just down the street with ample parking in the rear.
We went ahead and ordered then sat at a table facing the back parking lot. Oh the joy as we watched the drunk/​drugged homeless woman almost fall face first onto the floor. Then peel her socks off to rub her feet! ACK! It was sad to watch but we couldn’t help it. I think most would. Hope she is okay today.
As I sat and waited I decided to Unilocal this place. Holy Smokes! Horrible reviews. All I could think was, «WHAT ARE WE DOING EATING HERE?» Didn’t seem like the nicest neighborhood… never seen so many barred up windows and doors.
Well never rely 100% on reviews. Judge for yourself. At least once. They brought our order pretty fast. I got the NY style Reuben with fries, husband got the Colossal burger and daughter a cheeseburger! I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into my sandwich! YUM! And the fries were so good and seasoned perfectly. Yeah, it’s a greasy spoon and I paid for it later with major gas but it was well worth the extra calories and short discomfort.
I should have got a clue when the place was packed with people.
Would I eat there again? YES! Gas and all. But chances are I’ll never be in the area again. Just wanted to give a shout out to a good little place to catch a bite on a road trip or any time. I’m sure there are plenty of locals who do.
