Not sure where to start, so I’ll start here and finish fast. The customer service is ghetto and I felt rushed on picking my selection on what to eat. I felt I pulled an arm to taste sample the potato salad. I apologize, but I’m picky about the ingredients that goes into my food. Anyways, it was a winner! However, not sure I’ll come back. Thanks Shannon for making this experience not a pleasurable one. It seems that you do have good in your heart, as it was exemplified in your smile to the men that you helped after me.

I went in to purchase a ham for New Year’s. She brought me a ham with loose foil on it, I asked her it looked like somebody took ham out of it for a sandwich and then tried to rewrap it. It had a tag that was marked 10 pounds. I bought it and drove an hour home. Still questioning my purchase, I decided to weigh it. It weighed 9.5 pounds. Word of caution: if you get a honey baked ham have them weigh it right there in front of you. It’s very expensive ham and I got ripped off, and will never go back there again! Be cautious!

Went to Honeybaked on Friday to get dinner. We got the«Sampler» dinner pack…1lb boneless ham, 1lb boneless turkey breast, 4 bar-b-que pork ribs as well as 3 – 1 pint side dishes. We chose barbecue beans, cheesy scalloped potatoes and potato salad. All sides were good, but the meat was defiantly the star! All of it was moist and it warmed up nicely(you take it from the store cold). That was the Friday special, each day they have a wonderful special to choose from if you want to save a few a few bucks.

The sandwiches and salads are excellent, as is the deviled ham salad. They are a little pricey, but first you’re getting a completely fresh, hand made meal and second if you join their«SpotOn» loyalty program you get amazing deals. They will also honor all daily deals, not just one: yesterday I purchased a Grandwich combo and received a free sandwich(loaded but no sides or beverage) plus I purchased 1 lb. of ham salad and received a 2nd lb. free, and then because it is my birthday month I was given my choice of any bottle of sauce complimentary. So I left with 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, 2 containers of deviled ham, 1 beverage and 1 jar of condiment for $ 17. The staff are excellent-friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is because it’s takeout only-there’s no seating for diners. If it weren’t for that one inconvenience they’d be solid 5 stars!

They have the best sandwiches! It’s a little out of the way for me but definitely worth the drive! I’m 100% satisfied every time I come in. They’re more than willing to give samples of the sides if you can’t decide and the customer service is great

Forgot how amazing this place is. I used to attend marinello and going to honeybaked was a must at least twice a month! Their sandwiches are by far the best I’ve ever tasted. Yes I know it’s just a sandwich but trust me it’s delicious! It is a little pricey but worth every penny in my opinion. I’ve tried the ham and turkey and both were good. Their sides are okay but the sandwich makes up for it. Try it you won’t be sorry

This was my first time visiting a Honeybaked Ham location and I am super happy I went. I had heard people raving about this place for the longest time, but just never got around to walking in and trying a ham sandwich. I was apprehensive at first due to me being such a plain Jane when it comes to my sandwich. I got a Ham Sandwich combo with pasta salad: Ham, cheddar cheese, and honey mustard(told you plain Jane.) The sandwich was delicious. Their ham really is the best I’ve had. The pasta salad was pretty bland, but I was so happy with my sandwich that I didn’t really care. The service here is wonderful. The employees working at the time were so kind and helpful when it came to signing up for their check-in machine. They have a tablet that lets you check in and earn points for freebies. The man working the counter walked us through signing up. I will be back!

Went on my lunch break to get a sandwich and it was very tasty but the lady by the name of Shannon I believe that«helped» me was completely rude… I was looking at the menu and she grabbed it out of my hands to give it to another customer while I was still looking at it. Her demeanor was cold and rude she snatched my card from me and I had to ask several times for my drink cup because she kept acting like she couldn’t hear me… if I’m going to spend 10 $ on a sandwich I expect to be treated better then that because I could easily go someplace else.

Now THIS is a sandwich! I went with the pastrami sandwich lunch combo and my co-worker went with the«California Gobbler» so I was lucky enough to try two different sandwiches in one visit(since my co-worker and I each took half of each other’s sandwiches). The pastrami sandwich was beyond tasty. I have never had a thick cut of pastrami in my life and it’s going to be hard to ever eat a sandwich filled with paltry shreds of pastrami ever again. The sandwich was so good that, for once in my life, I wished I wasn’t allergic to mustard so that I could try this pastrami the way it was intended to be enjoyed. The«California Gobbler» was equally tasty. They put a semi-sweet dressing in the sandwich instead of boring ol’ mayo and pile in some thick cut turkey slices. When I saw the non-crunchy«bacon» in the sandwich, I was weary, but the cold-cut style bacon actually still had great salty bacony flavor(though I still missed the delightful CRUNCH cooked bacon brings to a sandwich). I had the cheesy potatoes as my side and they were really good as well(very cheesy and with chunks of potato and bacon/ham!). The side salad(Caesar) was a bit too salty for my taste but I didn’t care because everything else was really good. I’m seriously a pig for eating EVERYTHING for lunch but it was so good, I couldn’t stop. The sandwiches are totally shareable(meaning you could order one lunch combo and split it and be totally satisfied with it; not a bad idea since my pastrami combo cost $ 10.82 drink included).

Honeybaked is a wonderful lunch spot their sandwiches are made fresh to order and are full of flavor. Their combo meals are very reasonably priced and come with a salad and choice of side dish for around $ 10 not too bad. Though they are in downtown san bernardino the area is fairly decent with many surrounding businesses and nice trees to provide shade to eat under since on the down side there is no seating it is a strictly take out store. The staff is always polite and will often off free samples of various side dishes which I thought was a nice touch I highly recommend honeybaked it’s delicious

I love this place. I come often. The sandwich maker needs to learn how to follow directions and the cashier who seems to be there every time I go needs to step up her game she always seems dazed and confused. The white lady cashier is spot on, she always knows what’s going on, so I prefer to deal with her. Love the promos, sandwiches and spiral ham. My fave is the chopped ham salad, OMG it is BOMB! The sides are ok. I like that samples are provided. I ordered a sandwich tray for Halloween and was not pleased at all, so never again.

Great place to run in and get a sandwich for lunch or bigger stuff to take home. Really nice employees and yummy lunch selections. Don’t plan to stay in and eat cause there is no place to sit!

Still a fan of Honeybaked in San Bernardino, but I gotta say… I saw you in line on Wednesday picking up your Thanksgiving feast and I want you to know that you are freaking crazy. I like me some Honeybaked ham now and again and I love that I can run over and grab a decent sandwich that puts Subway to shame at lunch, but there is no way, no how that I am going to wait in line for two hours for a HAM! You people are nuts! I recommend this place for lunch. In fact, I had a turkey sandwich today for lunch because everyone and their leftovers were giving me a gobble gobble craving. Grab a sandwich, nab a great deal on their daily deals, even pick up some TOGO on your way home so you have a homecooked meal for dinner, but do NOT get your food here before a holiday! Don’t you know you can order that stuff online and have it delivered??? Sheesh.

LOVE this place! I know that this place is known of the holiday hams and meals but, The star items are the Sandwiches. All of these Sandwiches are Gormet and made with unique ingredients. I recommend sharing the meal because a Sandwhich is enough for two on its own. Also the place serves a mighty tasty ham salad. Yes its a couple of bucks more but, oh so worth it

Bomb diggety sandwiches and sides! I crave this place because it’s that good. This last time I went though… I got kind of concerned. When I walked in… There was a half cut up ham on the counter and it stayed out the whole time I was there. The people that were in front of me both were coughing all over not covering their mouths. With this fully exposed ham… Who knows what germs dropped on it it. Either way… I had turkey. It still bothered me though. All in all… The foods

Oh my, my! What a discovery! If you are ever one of the lucky ones called to jury duty out here, or maybe on your way to Palm Springs, make a pit stop here. It’s right off the freeway, and you don’t have to stay long because there is no seating inside, and it’s not safe to hang around or go to a nearby park. Me, I almost made the mistake of going to Subway when I stumbled upon this place(not that there is anything wrong with Subway, but it’s just Subway). So, I ordered a Signature Sandwich lunch which came with a green side salad, choice of another side, and 20 oz. drink for $ 7. 75. The sandwich was turkey with pepper jack cheese on squaw bread with all the fixings, and my side was pasta salad. The server was very nice and gave me samples of ham and turkey salad as I waited. She also told me about all their specials, and that a slice of cheesecake was only $ 1. As much as I wanted that cheesecake, I declined because the sandwich was gianormous! Think Dagwood(kids, Wikipedia that term and you will know what I mean)! It was so fresh and delicious as were my side salads. Regretting that I didn’t get that cheesecake for later, but no doubt about it, I will be back for it and all the other good stuff on their menu.

Love the ham and there’s usually not a long wait… except right before the holidays when everyone else has the same idea! They have the ham/turkey and sides for the holidays. If you want a guaranteed ham, you should call ahead. They were pretty nice and the service is quick.

My review is based solely on the lunch items, as I have never ordered their hams/turkeys for the holidays. Also, I should mention my one star removed is because this place really needs to expand. Of course the costs will increase, but with all the government agencies nearby their business would EXPLODE for lunch. Plus there are so many vacant businesses that could fit their use AND tables/chairs that it makes no sense why they stay where they are. The portions are HUGE. With your sandwich order you get a side salad and one side. Usually I love their mashed potatoes & gravy, but the last time I had it the potatoes were powdery & orange in color.(wtf?!) My friend had the same side that day & noted the same thing I did. However, this could have been an «off» day because every other time I’ve had the potatoes they have been thick, cream-colored & delicious. So, not knockin’ stars yet. I have loved every sandwich I’ve had, so I recommend everything. There’s one sandwich, the Tri-Tip Ortega which I dream about on some nights(it is seriously awesome!) that I highly recommend. For about $ 11 – 12 you get the large sandwich, side salad, one side & a drink. Not bad for the amount of food you are given.

I Love this place, although it is a bit pricey. This is basically an order to go location, as there is no place to sit & dine inside or out. They have great meal combos where you can get a sandwich, pickle spear, a drink & two sides for around $ 10. The sandwich is huge & portions are generous. Some of the side choices are ambrosia salad, pasta or potato salad and depending on the season, soup or beans. I think the food always tastes fresh & homemade. The staff is great but the manager is the best! They are currently undergoing a remodel of the outside building, but they are still open for business. The inside is clean and quite small. There are no public bathrooms. You can place orders over the phone, which is what I’d suggest around the holiday season. This location has been here for years & I hope it stays that way.(The Ontario location closed in the last few months.) I would give this honeybaked location 5 stars if there was a seating area.
