Great place for breakfast! Loved their red velvet pancakes & daughter loves their«funny face» chocolate chip pancakes. Excellent, friendly service!!!

IHOP. That basically sums it up. Not enough? Okay then, here we go! I’ve eaten at this particular IHOP a few times, and gotten to-go orders a few times. Generally the dining in experience is FAR better than getting my food to-go(which I’ll get to below). Eating there the waitresses have always been pleasant and attentive, one was even actually friendly! I didn’t know what to make of that.(She was even kind of cute to boot…) Complaints? Of course. I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t have them. Usually when I call my to-go order in I have to repeat it, multiple times, because the person on the other end of the phone isn’t familiar enough with their own menu to know what the hell I’m asking for. I even once had to spell it out for a manager, and he blamed it on the fact that it was loud there. Which it was indeed, because when I arrived they had the music piping in from overhead at a much louder than necessary level. Maybe you should turn down the tunes when answering the phone there, smart guy. Or, better yet, just keep it at a moderate level so patrons don’t have to yell at one another as if they were at some… I dunno, who’s popular with the kids these days… Van Halen concert. In addition to that, my to-go orders have been luke warm, even the moment I get them in the waiting area, let alone by time I get to them at home… which is a huge disappointment. If I was rating this place on to-go experiences only this place would get a 1.5−2 stars… but the in house experience brings it to a solid 3.

Was in SanBernardino for the weekend staying at the Double Tree Hotel right next door and my bf and i wanted some good breakfast so we decided to head over to IHOP. For a Saturday(unsurprisingly) it was very busy. There was about 10 people waiting in front of us to be seated, but we didn’t mind waiting. 13 minutes later we were seated, brought our drinks and ordered our food. Not even 7 minutes later our food came out hot and perfect for us. I was very impressed at how fast they helped us and how accurate our order was. We will definitely be back next time we come to San Bernardino.

I had a wonderful experience tonight. Jes was awesome. I went for dinner with my 2 year old daughter and was very pleased with the experience. I really enjoyed myself. The staff took time to play with my daughter. Food was delicious and was delivered timely. Will definitely be back.

I have been to this location a handful of times over the years, and this morning my kids wanted pancakes, I didn’t feel like cooking, and Boysenberry syrup sounded really good for some reason. Got the kiddos dressed and loaded them into the Jeep. Headed over. We were seated almost immediately, and the kids were handed kids menus and crayons while the Hostess showcased the seasonal menu like a chick on «The Price Is Right.» Very friendly like. Our Waitress, Ericca(with 2 Cs?) was there to wait on us very quickly and with a pretty smile. Got the usual Coffee & water, and Chocolate Milk for the kids. Informed the kids of their options, and they made their choices quickly. My 4 yr-old Daughter then had to use the bathroom. So I took her into the Mens room. I was surprised to find it completely clean and dry. Did some desanitizing as a precaution anyways, and washed her hands(and mine) and returned to our table. The kids food came out as I was barely getting a chance to order mine. We always order the kids food first, as they eat really s-l-o-w-l-y, as we repeatedly remind them to EAT! My Son Roman ordered Nutella Crepes w/Bananas. They came out looking impressive to a 5 yr-old, and he dug in immediately. He liked them very much, but I think they were a bit too sweet for him. He finished most of them, but he couldnt clean his plate. Maybe we should have asked for the Nutella on the side. My Daughter got the 5 mini-pancakes plate w/Bacon and Scrambled Eggs. She liked the pancakes, but not as much as the Bacon and eggs, which she wolfed down. She ate 2 out of the 5 pancakes and decided she was full, even showed me her dystended tummy. I got a Sampler Breakfast. Two buttermilk pancakes, two bacon, two sausage, two eggs, two pieces of ham, and an order of hashbrowns. The pancakes are from IHOP, so they are ALWAYS good, Especially with some extra butter and boysenberry syrup. That syrup is so good, that when I crave it, I will come to IHOP just for it. The bacon is good, cooked perfectly with not too much fat. The sausage is OK. I’m just not a big fan of the taste or texture of it. The eggs are eggs, the same everywhere. The ham was alright, not as dry as I thought it looked. Wish I would have asked for some mustard to dip it in. The hashbrowns seemed a bit stale on the inside, dry and hard on the outside. Meh. The coffee is quite good here, and they always hook up a full urn at your table. I like that. The water here is definitely filtered, it tastes great and is clean and refreshing. Once again the service is great, smiling Ladies everywhere! The place is clean, parking is ample, and I will be back next time Im craving boysenberry syrup!

Service has degraded greatly in the last few months. Walked out this morning at 8:15 because could not get waited on. Too bad service used to be good.

Me and my family go here frequently — usually on nights. Went here on a sunday morning and it was pretty packed. Our server was not very pleasant and seemed like she would rather not be working that day. We had someone new to the place with us and she seemed irritated that the person we were with was asking about things from the menu. It certainly did not leave a good impression. Food was ehhh. The turkey bacon was soggy and the chicken fried steak was pretty hard. The tomatoes on the omelettes tasted really weird, as if they were out too long and mixed with raw onion.

It’s IHOP. Not much you can expect or ask for, you go in, they seat you, you look through a busy menu, you order food you’ll probably tolerate. Not really a frequent customer but sometimes at 2am you want some breakfast.

Place was busy as heck as it’s knot fest weekend but the waitress Josie was really nice, very attentive and our food came out quickly. It was typical ihop food but it was on the higher end of quality. Waking distance from our hotel. Don’t judge it from the outside its worth making a stop. Plus they hive a discount if your staying at one of the hotels close by.(Finally some thing positive about staying at Super 8)

Waited ten minutes to order… nobody stopped by. After ten minutes we were ready to order and she stopped by we said we were ready and still don’t take our order. Not even drink order. Worst service ever.

Ordered a Togo order lady was nice. But food was over priced and cheaply made. Kinda looks like the cook had no respect for taste or presentation. I payed almost 4 dllrs for a side order of hash browns that looked like half a potato put into a small box that were mushy and not crisp. Idk 15 dllrs for a small breakfast I think next time I will go to red lobster for that price.

Now I have been to so many Ihops, but this one is by far the best. I was served by Miriam. Very personable young lady. Very attentive. Knows her job and people very well. Food came out fast. She never let us ask for nothing she was on it the whole time, she’s very funny and enjoys her job! Ask for her if you go in. Great job San b ihop. Ps it’s very clean in the restaurant including restrooms.

Id give this nice location, food and staff 4 stars. But the prices(probably set by corporate) are a little high. At least on the breakfast menu. I ordered an omelette and coffee.(No substitutions, extra’s, etc). It was good. I love the pot of coffee they place on your table. But my bill was nearly $ 18 ??? So with my tip. My omelette and coffee was $ 20, for just me. 1 single guest at breakfast ??? Sorry, I just cannot afford to eat here again.

I attend this restaurant once or twice a week for my lunch break, along with my co-workers. This restaurant is clean everytime I arrive and the waiters take my order within 2 – 4 minutes that I sit down. The food arrived quickly and the food is always good. The waiters are always nice as well. Keep it up

A great visit to iHop in San Bernardino on E. Hospitality Lane for breakfast. From the greeter at the door, to the server Carol, to our food, to the friendly atmosphere everything was beyond our expectations. The food ingredients were fresh and well prepared. My omelette and my wife’s turkey benni looked just like menu pictures. The menu selections were really varied and yummy looking. THANKS to all here! Carol got us off to a great day.

Not usually a big diner style person, but we were stuck in San Bernardino and hadn’t had any good food up to that point so took a risk. Everyone was so nice! they had an egg white omelette that was really legit. The waitress had me log onto their website and we got my grannies breakfast for free.

Service: 4⁄5 The greeter was acknowledgeable to the customer coming in. Our waiter was attentive and polite. He came to our table right on time and check up on us often. Wait time for food to arrive was more than 10min which is a normal wait time. It is a 24hr IHOP dining. That’s an A+. Outside setting: Busy street, plenty restaurant near by, moderate parking space. Interior setting: Old school dining décor but it’s decent. Open space. Bright. Semi noisy. Good for group of friends. Food: I ordered French toast with Nutella(I forgot the name — see picture). Delicious and semi sweet. It was Perfect 3.5÷5. Definitely will order it again with hot coffee mocha & French vanilla coffee(not to bitter, not too sweet) 3.5÷5. French fries was hot, crunchy and season 3.5÷5. Vege omelette tasted bland 2⁄5. Will try different omelet next time. Hashbrown tasted like French fries without seasoning(kinda over cooked) 3⁄5. Final Grade: 3.5÷5 However, if I would only grade the FOOD… it would be 4⁄5. The pancakes and waffles are always DELICIOUSLYAWESOME!(Choice your Fav).

NATIONALPANCAKEDAY! Every March 3, IHOP never fails to make me sick of pancakes for the whole month. This review is based on the service and quality of food during the busiest holiday of free pancakes. Everyone was there for the free short stack of pancakes and although there was quite a bit of people, they were able to get people seated rather quickly. I only had to wait about 10 mins. Once we were seated, we were greeted and given menus(she already knew we were only there for free pancakes) Still nice of her to show us menus. Being on the broke college student diet, the free pancakes were what we got. We received our food within 10 mins. There is an assortment of syrups(blueberry, boysenberry, strawberry, butter pecan, and maple syrup) all tasted great and probably gave me diabetes. Pancakes were nice and fluffy and very filling. Tasted even better because they were free. Donations were taken for the children’s hospital. Good food for a good cause.

Had the worst customer service experience here. Went in and asked for a table for 8. The hostess rudely informed us that they could not and would not accommodate our party. Never had such a rude experience at an IHOP before. We will never go to this location again

This is your traditional iHop location with the classic San Bernardino twist. Don’t get me wrong, San Bernardino is a half-way decent city depending on where you are. What I mean by the San Bernardino twist is the wait staff treating you like you’re at a diner. The food is about as IHOP as you can get, good but nothing over the top. I go here for a satisfying meal and a AAA discount. I’ve never experienced rude service but have experienced a lengthly wait time on weekend mornings.
