While I was pregnant I meet a women at my hospital with great color. I got the name of her hair stylist. By the time I had my baby I had lost the phone number. A few months later I started classes and meet another girl and got her hair stylist contact info. They were both the same stylist. I’ve been going to Bridget now for 8 years now. She has always returned my phone calls, and the phone calls of every one I referred to her. My hair always comes out amazing. I can take a photo of a hair color or style and I’ll leave with that same hair color. The staff is always professional and interested in your day. Its always an amazing experience.

Had an appointment with no expectations of who I would get. The salon was recommended by a friend. Bridget cut and amber styled and washed. I was right on time for my appointment and out in an hour. With all requested. Bridget looked at the picture I had of the cut I wanted about… 5 seconds… and got it spot on. I will be going back. Prices are exceptional and you can tell she is a very experienced stylist. The atmosphere was very casual and comfortable. I am Not a fan of the uppity intimidating dramatic salons I have experienced in the past. I was very happy with my experience.

Been getting my hair done here for years by Bridget. It always comes out great and I always get lots of compliants on my hair.

Came here about 2 weeks ago to get my hair done for the very first time, I came in with high hopes asking for a light brown balayge & even showed pictures TWICE of exactly how I wanted my hair and left home extremely upset with an ugly uneven caramel color ombré, when they were done they kept telling me it was the same as what I requested for as it was EXTREMELY off. I was also told my hair would tone in about a week, it’s been two weeks now and my hair color is exactly the same. Now I have to go elsewhere to try to get it fixed. Never coming here again nor would I recommend anyone else to, completely upset with the outcome of my hair.

Love this place! Amber did a fantastic job on my hair. I was a little hesitant because it was a 40 minute drive for me… but in the end, it was so well worth it. Prices are good and very fair. Staff is friendly and really nice. If you are looking for a new salon, I would highly recommend. I will definitely go back and continue to refer new customers to them.

Awful, Awful, Awful! I called twice in 2 weeks to set up an appointment and no one could ever get back to me. Even went down and nothing. Awful «customer service» for wanting your business. I went somewhere else who appreciated someone asking for a service.

Went back again to go dark for fall… Perfect! Don’t believe a reviewer with no other reviews, and location is Escondido. Hmmmm… makes you wonder.

Amber did my hair (owners daughter). She is young & looks like she is just starting out. She left about an inch gap from my new highlights to the base of my hair color. It looked like my roots were growing for a month. I noticed my hair after I got home. MAJORITY of the people walking in were friends & family members of the owner. As you are getting your hair done in either silence or you are listening to the mom & daughter gossip. They need some music inside & clean up the place a bit. I do not want to see you eat or smell your lunch it is just rude! It’s also like a daycare center inside. I came here to relax not to hear the owners children screaming & running around.
I gave amber a try twice both times resulting in asking her mom «what color do i use». I wanted a light brown & both times I got the same orangy/​caramel highlights. The mom & her seem to use the same brown highlights for all her clients because we all had the same freaking color! ODD?! To top it off she takes over an hour in a half to straighten out my medium hair lenght. I wanted to run out of that place ASAP! Not worth the cheap prices because you get what you pay for in this case! Yes, i can totally see how they would ignore people calling or walking in. I too at first did this & ended up walking out because they paid no attention to customers.

Best place ever for cut and color and price. Love it here. The staff is friendly. The price is up my ally. And I drive all the way from Beaumont to highland just to get my hair done. Bridget and Amber are the best. Been coming here for 20 yrs

I havent had my hair done at a salon for over 10yrs. Since a traumatic way too short cut. I finally new it was time and a client referred me to Alicia. SO happy! She did exactly what I wanted. My ombré long layer look is fabulous! Highly recommend Alicia!

Alicia is the only stylist in this salon that I have been to. The reason I only have a review for her is because after the first time she did my hair, I knew I wouldn’t need to go to anybody else. She isn’t the type of hair dresser to just stick to her own certain styles, she is willing to step out of the box and try anything that you desire. I had been from blond, to brown, to black, to half of my head shaved and dyed with a cheetah print! From short hair to long hair, she always leaves me walking out the salon as happy as ever. I would recommend her to anybody, women AND men. So, if you are thinking about stopping by this salon, I highly recommend asking for Alicia. You won’t be disappointed.
