Labcorp

This place is very unorganized, small and the workers have attitude. I get that they are a lab but you have to have a sense of customer service because it is a business. I much rather go to another location than here

I’m not sure why this location is named LabCorp if LabCorp is located within the hospital. Anyways, I’m writing a review for Quest Diagnostics in the plaza located next to Bakers. The parking lot is way too small and way too crowded. I’m giving this location one star due to the staff. One staff in particular, name Chris. I was there earlier in the week. I came in twice before noon. There was an old couple in particular who were there for three hours waiting and Chris had the nerves to say the couple had left. When clearly he has been sitting in the front desk on the computer with the most dirtiest attitude I’ve seen from someone working in the medical field. He is rude. Impatient. All around no manner person. Another old woman, whom did not speak English. She was asked to fill out her name and phone number on a paper, when she was called up to go back; Chris very rudely yelled, «FOR THE 100^th TIME I SAID TO WRITE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER». I’m pretty sure if someone spoke to your family member whom didn’t understand nor spoke English, you wouldn’t like it neither. So next time when you plan on moving up in the medical field or in another location I would fix your attitude. And your face.
Another staff, Ashley. She is very kind. Very patient with other patients. Understanding as well. That’s the kind of staff people would want.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here, unless you don’t mind small parking lot and a very rude staff member name Chris.

I would give this place negitive stars if i could. The staff is rude, they complain about their jobs and the patients at the top of their lungs while yelling back and forth, they yell at you if u want to ask any questions, they dont bother checking with your insurance and make you call the ins if u need pricing, they act like everyone has lepracy while in the waiting room and throw their hands up in distgust if u try to hand them your blood work order, they lock us in the waitingroom and yell at people who dont know how to get to the second exit door after blood has been taken. demeaning, inhumane, you name it!!!
Not only that, but they left a huge hematoma on my blood draw site thats been very painful. Its bruised about the size of a baseball and the lump makes it hard to bend my arm.
These people should be shut down and i cant believe my insurance considers them a suitable lab.
I am going to find someone to investigate because no one should be treated poorly, especially when a lot of the bloof work thwy do is on the elderly and the dying!!!
I hope the whole staff goes to hell for the way they treat the sick. It was truely heartbreaking to watch.

Expect to wait 2 hours no matter what time you go and with an appointment. Also the the workers are extremely rude and the office is dirty.

Almost two hours to get blood work done, and the big African American woman in the front desk is rude as f&@k ! Almost yelling at other pts, when one of the patients was taken back to get their blood finally taken the other lady apologized for the white and the African American woman said «don’t apologize…» WTF it’s common courtesy! Blah rude!

Not sure why this is listed under «dermatologists» as it is a blood lab (they draw and test). Anyway, they are sooo much better than Quest. Took me in ON TIME, were very nice and, importantly, I had my results the next day. An appointment is easy to make on line and recommended
