I never thought I would ever be in the position of needing a defense attorney, ever in life! But here I was… after hours of research I contacted Mike Scafiddi as he had an excellent reputation of a WINNER. I contacted him directly late one evening and he was there for me! He made himself available to me by text, email, and phone; late into the evening. I really needed guidance as my husband was just arrested right in front of me. Mike ensured me that everything would work out in our favor. I arranged my husbands bail and we met with Atty. Scafiddi the next morning and discussed the case.
Mike reassured us that we made the right choice with him as our attorney! He surly proved that to be true! My husbands case was settled quickly with charges being reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. I thank the Lord for leading me to Atty. Mike Scafiddi at such a difficult time. He was a GIFT!

What can you say about a man that tells you «don’t worry, I’ll take care of your daughter as if she was my own» and then does just that? How about «THANK YOU» from the bottom of mine and our family’s ever so grateful heart. Michael and his team, from the moment we met him, did exactly what they said they would, they listened to us and went right to work. Our daughter’s case was one of the worst «witch hunts» I’ve ever seen by law enforcement and they put our daughter and this family through hell, but Michael told us, «have faith and let me do my thing» and that’s exactly what he did. He took our calls, he took our texts, even on weekends and during his vacation. To watch him in court, as my wife said «He’s awesome», takes no BS from anyone and defended our daughter as he said he would. Michael, in our eyes, is a hero and forever in our hearts as family.

I hired Mike Scafiddi for a criminal matter. He was very friendly, professional and very straight forward. He told me and explained to me what to expect. He said he would get my felony case plead down to a misdemeanor. He delivered. HE DID WHAT HE PROMISED!!! At a fair and reasonable price. I hired Michael Scafiddi to assist my mother who was facing serious charges of credit card fraud. Mr. Scafiddi was polite, honest, courteous, and always kept us in the loop with our matter. Mr. Scafiddi gave us his personal cell number and advised us to call him any time. Mr. Scafiddi was able to get my mothers case settled without her facing any criminal charges. Mr. Scafiddi worked the case longer than anticipated and didn’t charge us any additional fees (which was awesome). My mother was looking at over 15k in restitution and Mr. Scafiddi was able to get it down to under 6k with very low installments. All in all Mr. Scafiddi has been such a blessing to our family in our time of need. His courtesy, and professionalism is top notch. I would recommended Mr. Scafiddi to anyone looking for a honest, hard working and caring Attorney.

I called his office to obtain some information regarding my traffic violation case. Michael Scafiddi is a horrible attorney and person. He took advantage of me at the most vulnerable point in my life. Prior to hiring him, he was polite, professional, and seemed like he’d do a good job. WRONG! Once Scaffidi got my money his attitude changed. He never kept me up to date on the status of my case and seemed annoyed that I would even be calling him. His staff was discourteous and unprofessional and would only put him on the phone after I repeatedly called. Watch out for this law firm because they are a bunch of cheats.
