Joe has done my hair numerous times and I fall in love every time. I definitely recommend him, he knows what he’s doing, he’ll take your idea and run with it (in a great way).

I’ve been going to this Mastercuts for many years. Joe is a wonderful stylist and person. He has been doing my hair for years and knows me and my hair and does a great job. I love that they now take appointments, it is so much easier to get in with Joe without waiting.

Bianca has been coloring and cutting my hair for about 3 years now and there is no one else I would trust to do my hair. She is very friendly and does exactly what I want. I would follow her where ever she works.

Love this place I will drive 100 miles if I had to, the girl who dose my hair «Bianca» is fantastic, she knows exactly what I want she is very friendly, and knows her stuff, she is a diamond for her company, I am very picky, and where I work I am always in meetings and speaking in front of people.

Never again! 3 times a charm, yeah right!

First time there (give or take 3 years ago) I got my hair colored. After rinsing the girl couldn’t even get a brush thru my hair, she damaged it badly and pretty much gave up lol I had to brush out the mess that she made myself. Reason it was so difficult to comb thru was bc she didn’t rinse thoroughly. I literally walked out of the mall a hot mess with hair dye everywhere! In ears, dripping down my forehead and neck (hair was still very wet) My brand new while/​yellow striped shirt destroyed, not even kidding a little bit! It was that bad and I was traveling on the city bus. I could only imagine what other passengers were thinking, I looked like a crazy person!
Second time there (mothers day 2014) my sis talked me into going there with her assuring me that my first time there was just a bad experience that couldn’t possibly happen a second time. WRONG!!! Long story short, Went in for a haircut. Had to return the next day to get my botched cut fixed. Again, not even kidding when I say my hair was close to two inches longer on one side. Luckily the manager fixed it free of charge.
Third time there (Friday 18, 2015) I went in with my sister again, yes like a dummy! I should have known better. This time it was bad from beginning to end. We go in together, she checks in first with Bianca, who never greets me or even acknowledges me. As she began to walk away to seat my sis, I say, excuse me shouldn’t I check in? She said no. No big deal, I’m thinking ok she must know what she’s doing. She ends up talking to my sis the entire time, no big deal either except she literally stops working while talking, leaving me to sit there and wait twice as long. Same thing happened when she rang up my sis. I actually had to say something, like hello I’m sitting here waiting on you!!! Finally it’s my turn. I asked for a defined v-​shape cut with layers. I even showed her a pic of what I wanted. She attempted to do it. There was no vshape. It looked like a blunt cut lol. And when she was done with that she said to me, «and you didn’t want layers right?»
Instead of being rude to her by asking her if she was joking or even worse calling her a joke, I simply said no. Correcting her and saying yes wouldn’t have done me any good anyways since she clearly can’t cut hair lol I left there upset and figured, I’ll just keep my hair in a bun until it grows back out but that thought didn’t last very long. When I got home, dried my hair, straightened it I then decided, eff this! I want my hair cut exactly how I wanted it, hell its what I paid for right?! I called back, complained and the young lady (diane/​Diana) said I could come back in to get it fixed. Later that day when I went in the manager (didn’t get her name) cut my hair. She did the v shape I wanted however one side of my layers are longer than the other, which is what I told her would happen if she didn’t correct the crappy part she made in my hair lol she assured me tho that the crooked part was irrelevant Bc she was gonna pull all hair forward at the end to make sure it is all even. At the end tho She only measured the hair from the front of my hairline lol that’s the only section of my hair that is even. The rest is a disaster. Of course I couldn’t tell while there. Again I learned how bad it was once I got home and straightened my hair. It’s safe to say that I will NEVER go there again.
I’d have better luck going to some hole in the wall place where there will most definitely be a language barrier lol

ive tried 3 hair stylist; maurice, carmela, and forgot the first one who did it but overall i love how carmela cut my hair it was just a trim. she didnt thinned out much and my hair wasnt uneven. she really knows what she is doing. thank you carmela. im definitely coming back for you, as well as my daughter (6 month old baby that did a great hair cut on her)

Just went for a trim, but very much enjoyed the service. Really nice young lady, personable and did a good job. Price reasonable. Would go back! :)

The best cut for curly hair I have ever had was by Joe at Mastercuts! He does a great dry haircut!

Maurice is amazing! I live in San Diego and save my haircuts for when I’m up here visiting friends!
He was able to recreate a cut he did years ago. It’s the best look I’ve ever had!
I’ve had a lot of different stylists but no one can come close to Maurice! I just wish he lived in San Diego…

Joe is absolutely amazing. I don’t like letting just anyone touch my hair, but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. He always teaches me new things and tells the greatest stories. Whenever he cuts my hair, it always turns out just the way I want.

I have naturally curly hair and if my hair isn’t cut right, it is impossible to get it to look good. I have had my hair cut by Maurice at Mastercuts the last two haircuts and both times I have been more than pleased! My hair just falls into place and looks very stylish. I hope that some of my curly hair sisters will see this and make an appointment with Maurice and if he does such a good job on curly hair, I’m sure he styles other types of hair as good or better.

Joe is fabulous he knows how to make you look beautiful he knows how to cut style and most of he is so gentle on the hair he’s a perfectionist. I strongly recommend Joe. He’s works from Wednesday-​Sunday
