Bought a washer and refrigerator. When they hooked up the fridge, they left and water leaked all over the floor ruining the laminate flooring. We were told by Amir the owner go ahead and file a small claims case. He will never pay a penny!

Bought a refrigerator from them. It worked for a few days then died. Called them, and they said they cannot replace. Didn’t want to hassel. Dad said to never buy used appliances anyway always buy new.

Grateful for this place! We have bought 2 frigs one of which they did honor their 1 year warranty and replaced promptly! We also got a washer 3 years back that ran great until now. When the washer died it was such a drag but I knew I could count on Ammar to help us get a good working washer and no worries with the one year warranty. I just called him up and he said I got one and will deliver it today. Just the no hassle knowing they deliver to us in Yucaipa for a low fee as we don’t have a truck is worth it. Bottom line it works for us.

Horrible. First, it took over a week to get an appliance delivered. I was told «Call us in the morning and we will get it delivered to you that same day.» Next, It was scheduled to be delivered at 5 p.m. on a Friday. The delivery person did not show up until 8:30 p.m. I had to cancel dinner plans with family. When I called at 5:30 to ask where they were, I was told to «…calm down. Sometimes things run behind. You are their next stop.» Had anyone used the phone and told me they were running 3.5 hours behind, I could have kept my commitment. When the delivery people did show up, they had no tools, none of the proper installation equipment (hoses were too short) and connected the gas line incorrectly, creating a gas leak. As the business was already closed by the time we noticed these problems, we called and stopped by the store the next day. We were told that a repair guy would be out at 4 the following Tuesday. At 4:30, we called and he had NO IDEA WHO WE WERE. Then the response was «oh oh oh oh yes, I will send a guy out right now.» A guy did arrive. I really wish I had his name, because he was great. Our normal contact at NDP did not communicate our issues to the repair guy so again he came unprepared. He took a look at the appliance, knew what needed to be done and said he would be back tomorrow. Amazingly enough, he did come back… EARLY!!! Our appliance was now functioning and installed correctly before we even got home at work … a whole week in a half after and a lot of stress after the promised delivery date.
The owner is a liar and I will never ever purchase an item from him again.

Needed an ice maker part, they were absolutely courteous, walked me all over the large grave yard of discarded appliances looking. Could not find one, but instead found an entire ice maker for me, at only $ 25. All I had to do was clean it up. Absolutely worked perfect. I was looking for used, they had used. I’ll go back there any time. Super nice guys there.

BUYER BE WARNED. Just three words Don t Buy Here. This place is horrible. Horrible customer service, appliance always breaking down after only a week of buying from there. After I called several times to get help, owner told me that someone would be over the next day in the morning to fix or replace my appliance that was under their warranty and two days later, still nothing but excuses of why they couldn t come, and all my food spoiled in that time. When they finally did come to deliver a replacement fridge, they charged me $ 20 for delivery fee but WAIT, it gets better. The new replacement fridge the only worked for 2 days and broke down. Even though I could call to have another replacement fridge sent, it is just not worth the headache and hassle. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

this place is a piece of shit!!! do not waste your time! they don’t return calls, never heard of customer service, and they are just full of shit!!! don’t believe it… i dare you to go see for yourself.
