Norms was the 4th phone call I made to ask a question about black soot coming from my BMW K1200LT … and most mechanic’s wanted $$$ from me … but Norm told me straight out — its NORMAL. and described the condition on these engines … and now I feel comfortable with my bike — and REALLLLY COMFORTABLE with this shop … they seem HONEST and moral … I would recommend to anyone to check them out … he doesn’t know me … and treated me like family … thanks N … I will use your shop and tell others to at least get a bid from you before spending $$$ anywhere else — this is RARE to find cycle guys like this … Captain D Lake Arrowhead CA ;-)
