Absolutely ridiculous. I am here for Self Help Festival and the only water is bottled water that you have to pay for. No filling station or water fountain, even the medical tent refuses to give you water unless you have passed out. I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes, still waiting, to buy a bottle of water from a food vendor. Btw, it’s $ 4+ for a bottle from them. The venue cares less about the health of their patrons than they do making as much money as possible. Never coming back here again.

5 stars for the memories! This place is perfectly decorated when it comes to insomniac events. I never felt so much emotions when stepping into a place. Went here for Crush and it was pretty dang lit. Thanks for hosting one of the best events that brings so many together. It gets pretty cold around this time of the night so thankful the stage was inside the building this time! Not to mention the potties here never run out of toilet paper! But the sinks did run out of water.

COUNTDOWNNYE was so perfect here! Cold, but I had the best New Years ever! This is my first time at this venue and I absolutely loved it. I’ve been to the San Manuel a couple times it was okay. Since it was really cold for New Years, I loved that the stages were close together and walking around wasn’t a hassle. I had a great time and hopefully I’ll experience more events here instead!

I have been to the NOS for various raves, from massives to single day events. It is a great venue for these types of events because it’s so flexible. They can open up the whole shebang to have room for thousands, or they can close off everything except one hangar to provide a more intimate setting. The lasers and sound are out of control in the hangars. Earplugs are a MUST unless you want to blow out your eardrums. Since the NOS is kind of in the middle of nowhere, the curfew is later… so that’s a plus! Again, my experience has usually been with Insomniac events so it may vary. PARKING: Last time I came(11⁄15), parking was $ 15. There are side streets where you can park for free, buuut you cannot be sure that your car will be safe during. Also I hope you enjoy having a million flyers sticking out of your car when you get back. SECURITY: Really depends. For Dreamstate they hardly checked me, but I heard many people had their light gloves taken away. BEWARNED… remember that it is in San Bernardino. There are a bunch of sketchy characters that infiltrate these events with the purpose of stealing. Someone alerted me that a guy was trying to reach into my drawstring backpack, and luckily she managed to chase him away. I inspected the backpack and he had slashed it(hey security, maybe step it up?) and could have easily reached my phone. Numerous other people have reported getting their backpacks slashed and phones stolen while at the NOS as well. My advice is stick with fanny packs/backpacks that are not as slashable, like a Camelbak. However, as a venue the NOS is pretty close to perfect. Knocking off a star for the shady area, but as long as you take proper precautions you should be okay.

My 100th Unilocal review! Ahhhhh! A group of us went here for Escape Psycho Circus 2015. This was my first time here so I had very low expectation. I’m sure there was free parking, but we opted to pay $ 20 for security. I’ve read the area was a little shady… Anywho, we got there right when the event started, so the line going in was a breeze! Super nice security people. they even let me bring in my bf’s DSLR camera. tehehe =x Security check was super quick. Here’s a tip: Guys, let your lady bring in all the stuff. Haha I feel like security check is a lot more lenient on the ladies. :) Insomniac put on the most awesome production!!! Check out the photos taken by Bullet S. :) There were 4 different stages. Though some of the stages were a bit hot because it was inside a warehouse. Awesome laser show. and great acoustics(didn’t hear overlaps of music playing from other stages)…Overall.I loved everything!!! lol Also… the area near the pond is especially beautiful during sunset. There’s one public bathroom for men and women, and plenty of portable pottys. The place is pretty clean! Plenty of area to sit down and rest your tired dancing feet. hahah Also there’s a couple of free water stations, so bring your camel pack! :) Stay hydrated. Alcoholic beverages were a little on the steep side, $ 13/beer. =x I would totally come back to this venue to rage out again! Happy Raging! :)

I went here last night 8÷15÷15 to see Casey Veggies perform. BLACKCOLLARENTERTAINMENT put the show on. The show was supposed to start at 9:00 But didn’t start til around 11:00 or 12:00. So we were forced to just sit and wait while they got everything together. Luckily there was a bar there so I just drank and waited patiently. The show was all opening acts, consisting of artists affiliated with Black Collar Entertainment. After waiting a couple hours for the opening acts to even take the stage, they finally performed. There were at least 5 – 7 opening acts and finally Casey Veggies took the stage. He performed his song back flip twice and one more song and that was it. He was done with his set. These people are charging people the same amount it would cost you to go to an actual Casey Veggies show but using it as an opportunity to promote their artists. To sit in the front they were charging $ 75 and to sit in the middle they were charging $ 50. General admission was $ 25. Because nobody showed up, they let everyone sit in the front. So those who paid extra were probably wishing they didn’t. That was probably the only nice thing about this show. You got to sit close, but who wants to be up close and personal at a show full of opening acts? The flyer they put together made it look like it was Casey’s show. They didn’t mention opening acts or anything. Opening acts are expected but the show was ALL opening acts. On August 22nd they will be having Nipsey Hustle perform at the same venue. The ticket prices are as follows: GA: $ 30 Top:$ 55 Mid: $ 75 and Front: $ 100. Those prices are RIDICULOUS. Especially knowing how these people run their shows. Nipsey will perform two or three songs and be done. DONOT purchase tickets from Black Collar Entertainment. They’re scamming people. I’m attaching the flyer with this post so you guys can see how these people lure you in. You don’t get what you paid for.

For insomniac event, I usually park at Sears for free walking and less hassle to get out. You can definitely find free PARKING around the area the LINE varies– If you are here for a SMALLVENUE of 6,000 people, such as CARNAGE then they’ll have literally one tiny entrance of only two people checking for tickets… Expected wait was 1 – 1.5 hour so ARRIVEEARLY or cut ;) As for LARGER venue, like ESCAPE. They have more people checking tickets and the wait is about 30 – 40 mins tops from my experience Ladies, bring a sweater just in case Venue is IN and OUTdoor depending on event. Water refills

I’m not sure why this place has such low ratings… The NOS center is the shit. Hands down. It’s the most spacious venue I have ever since and Insomniac events does an amazing job setting up everything to host their various events: Escape from Wonderland, Nocturnal Wonderland, Beyond Wonderland, etc; I recently found out that they host other events besides raves here! When I went to Socal Crush(02÷14÷15) someone was having their retirement party(HAHA) in one of the indoor buildings so that section of the NOS center was closed off. If you’re in SoCal and wondering what this venue is like, it’s awesomeeee! Be careful to my fellow girl ravers: if you’re wearing barely anything — you besta change your mind and bring a jacket. It does get awfully cold by the time you have to leave the venue(2AM or so).

Came here for Insomniac Countdown on New Year’s Eve. Pretty nice venue overall. There was a giant tent for all the attendees. Because the night was really cold(It got to around 30 degrees towards the end), the tent proved to be super clutch. The sound and light systems were positioned all the way to the back, so everyone could enjoy the show. Knowing Insomniac, production could have been better, but no real complaints. The laser show was on point! Outside, there were some decorations near the pond, but not too many people were hanging outside because of the weather. Water was surprisingly refreshing, but then again, maybe because it was hella cold outside, the water was pretty much ice cold. What sucked was that bathrooms were hella far away from the tent. I had to throw on a thermal and run to the bathrooms just to stay warm. Parking($ 10) sucked here though. All the lots were so far separated from each other that it was really hard to remember where you parked. Some of my friends got lost looking for the car. Also some parts seemed HELLA sketch to park in. 3.5÷5

The NOS is the best venue for a rave ever! Dori G said it best in her review — and I second every single one of her points. All the stages are close to one another, it’s flat, it’s covered(better sound and visuals, also warmer), it’s not dirty, and it’s a pretty beautiful little spot when decorated nicely by insomniac(usually). Pasquale — please keep using this venue for your events. The headliners love it! :)

I speak on behalf of every raver worldwide: THISISBYFARTHEBESTVENUEFOR A RAVE!(Insomniac throws the best parties here, of course. But any event thrown here will be a good one!) Here’s why: 1. The layout: Everything is flat and paved. That means you can easily travel from stage to stage without breaking a sweat. AND you won’t experience mud, dirt, or any other bullshit obstacles. 2. The stages: every stage is either in an enclosed room, or in a tent. This means PREMIUM sound quality(the sound has nowhere to escape in the air), and it also means better visuals! It’s dark in these rooms/tents and you can see every single laser and strobe in its brightest form. Also, when I’m in an enclosed area, I somehow feel more connected to the music. Call me a hippie but the stages at this venue really seem set up to bring you one step closer to the music! 3. The pond: yes, that’s right. There’s a HUGE pond in the middle of this venue, surrounded by lovely trees and a huge patch of grass all around it. Insomniac events tend to decorate the trees with lights and fixtures and add floating lights in the pond. It’s really beautiful to sit down on the grass and take a break here. I went to another rave at this venue called«1 life fest», and they had a zip line set up that took you right across the pond. Epic! The pond is such an added gem! Honestly, anyone who’s been to a nocturnal, or an escape, or an old school audiotistic rave at this venue would agree that this is the absolute best place to rave. Long live the NOS! Ps. Pasquale Rotella, if you happen to read this, please throw more events here!

Quite possibly the best venue I’ve had a chance to attend for an event … ever… While San Bernardino may be a bit out of the way for most, it’s certianly worth the drive to catch a festival at the National Orange Show Center. Easy access to and from the venue with a convenient location adjacent to two freeways, this place has plenty of space to get in and out fast. The grounds of the NOS Center are perfect, equipped with a man-made lake in the center of it. Plenty of space to explore around and not have to worry about over-crowding, even with a massive event. If you haven’t had the chance to enjoy this venue, make it a goal! You won’t be disappointed.

I miss this place!!! raves at the NOS were absolutely amazing and life changing! attended my first rave in the US here and i live in colton(11 min away) lol. Parking was simple we would park at the inland center mall parking lot across the street haha and for free! the tents were perfect the sound was always perfect! walking around in a sea of people with the sky lit up with lights fireworks and rides! this venue was just simply too perfect for Insomniac! walking to each stage was simple(only had to fight thru the crowd a bit) lol simple and easy! nice grassy area with a pound and a stage outside playing some chill techno at times was just too perfect. you can sit there and rest and just look around and take in the scenery of art installations, lights, music, rides and meet new awesome people! Man, this venue is terrible. Turrible! It is a parking lot. And, inescapable irony lies in the inequivocal fact that there is no parking up in the bitch unless you arrive for the start of the major event you are attending. And, if you arrive for the start of the fest, well … there are about a handful of thousands of other assholes who have the exact same idea. Hence: Gridlock on the streets of San Bernardino. This small ass town is not built for that amount of motor vehicles. You better have enough petro in yo’ ride, G. That’s turrible! Lastly, the«pond» at NOS is disgusting. Get rid of it! — E

Dearest NOS Events Center, I miss you dearly. Though I don’t miss the parking situation of the shady neighbors in your surrounding area. I miss the set up of the tents just perfectly for various different genres. I miss looking at the pond and the sky, decorated with lamp lights and various other decors. I miss the convenience of walking on a flat road to the general admission line with a sea of people. NOS Events Center, as much as I hated the surrounding area and the fact that reception gets bad where you are, I miss you.

Came here for Nocturnal Wonderland 2012. Not my preferred venue of choice for a «music festival» mainly because it’s located in the middle of nowhere in the IE and ridiculously hot even late into the evening. Grounds are grungy and worn down but Insomiac does a good enough job of whipping the place into shape. Sweat tents & lower music volumes due to neighborhood complaints, not a mood killer but it does hamper the fun out of a MUSIC festival. There’s a good amount of space to get around the area and it only got overly crowded late into the night. Even with the main tents kind of close to each other, you won’t hear sound bleeding from one tent to another. Can’t wait for Insomiac to switch their festival locations in the future. For a broke city, be very careful where you park if you’re not going to park in the official lots. We parked in a private lot that was watched by its owners so we were okay, however we did hear all the cars on the parallel street got broken into on the first night. Something to keep in mind. There’s no point in comparing NOS center to EDC although for Noc, some might draw comparisons.

Rock the Bells 2012 was awesome, but unfortunately was held at this«venue». Off the 215 interstate, you are just north of Riverside and the 60 and 10 freeways. During the summer it gets HOT and I mean you can barely hold your head up hot. When you first enter, it looks like a park with grass and trees surrounding a watering hole. The venue is quite large but definitely much smaller than the Coachella venue in Indio. The pretty scenery soon turned into asphalt… and lots of it. Don’t let the entrance fool you– the water is dirty and not refreshing. It’s hotter than a mofo in there and not in a good way. The asphalt absorbs the heat allll day and then spits it back into your feet during the night. You can seriously feel the ground radiating heat at 10pm. I guess the clean up is easy but really a parking lot party? So NOT parking lot pimpin. The only saving grace was the air conditioned hangar which they converted into a bar/beer garden. No seats or tables or anything just a bar and yeah you get to sit on the floor and enjoy the AC. Sorry, if you’re not 21 you die of heat stroke outside. If it weren’t for the AWESOME line up I like many others would not have gone. BONETHUGS reunion, DMX, jadakiss and E40 were so worth the torturous, two days hence the 2 stars. NOS center= big ass parking lot with a patch of grass. NOTHANKS! — Parking: Event parking was all full by the time we got there and yeah you park in dirt lot so expect your car to be covered in dust. You are limited to the parking lots that are directly in front of the venue or else its«private» lots and sketchy street parking. There must have been over 10 tow trucks just driving around SODON’T PARKILLEGALLY. You will get towed.

I came here for Beyond Wonderland it was the worst run event I have ever been to. The parking was blotched big time. It took us 3 hours to leave the parking lot 3 hours just to make it 250 yards. I can’t believe I paid $ 20 to park there. To enter the ticket line, you had to go through a foot of water in puddles because the organizers refused to put down planks for people to avoid the divets and large pot holes in their crappy lot where water gathers. Ugh, never going back to a show here.

This is the best venue that I’ve experienced in the scene. Insomniac events always goes to town on it and I’m sure the local businesses love the extra traffic. The fact that it’s a empty space with a lot of empty hangars and more empty fields for festival tents and what not just makes it magical. Not to mention it’s on E street. Coincidence? I’ll let you decide.
