Pizza Hut

Normally my order is on time and great and i would have given a 5 star but not today. But i am so upset that today out of all days a Football day my order didn’t arrive. When i called the guy who answered says oh we had someone’s wrong address and it set us back. I’m like OK but i called 2 times and the guy says it was dispatched 10 minutes ago. He then goes on to tell me that there was no ticket for us, I’m like what! Then i explain i ordered online so whoops now he found it but now its the driver called and we didn’t answer so he took it back. I’m like wait anytime i haven’t went outside the drivers have left a voicemail so i cancelled my order. Thanks for ruining my nite!!! Super upset!!!

Pizza was of course great. But the delivery was over an hour late and the service terrible. Called to check on my order and the guy on the phone was an ass. I just went and picked it up myself.
Next time I’m in that area I’m ordering from Domino’s.

If your business opens at 1030 at least open at 10:30. Waited for 10 minutes and still no one showed up so I left. I should call cooperate for how unprofessional that is for a business/​franchise.

I went in to order two pizzas and buffalo wings it was clean staff was friendly and it only took 15 min for my order to come out I was surprised at how fast my food was prepared !!! I like that they give you red peppers and Parmesan cheeses with out charging like all the other piazza places do know a days!!! Anyway the wings were not my favorite but other than that it was a very good experience !!!

SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If I could give a negative ZERO I would. Terrible service staff and horrible unintelligent unprofessional management. Customer service is very very low on their priority list. They canceled my order after only one minute of calling it in. They argued that they couldn’t verify and after 45 min and calling them back they were rude and didn’t care about customer satisfaction. Bad bad bad pizza people.

yes, I am writing a review of a pizza hut. But don’t get it twisted, I was super impressed. My client is located next door and when you are speaking with a group of students, they are inclined to show up if you bring food. There was a huge group of students so I had to do it on the cheap. Thus the ‘hut. I ordered it 3 days in advance and I stopped by earlier before the pick up time to make sure that they received it and that it would be ready on time.
This nice, young associate, recited the order to me and told me the 12 pizza’s would be ready at 11am sharp. I had a brief window so it had to be ready on time. When i got there at 11am sharp, all 12 pizzas were ready and this chick was the only one there and killing it. The place was so busy — phones were ringing, she was ringing up orders for walkins and making pizzas. She was friendly, the pizza was hot, and the order was correct, and 8 bucks a pizza. What else can you ask for?
Well done, hut, well done.

The only good thing about this pizza hut is that its up the street from my house, besides that, it sucks, compared to the Pizza Hut on Kendall St the pizza here (mt.vernon) is sloppy and don’t put enough cheese, unlike the one on Kendall the pizza comes out fluffy, cheesy:), and good looking. Next time I’m going to take the drive to Kendall (15 miles). NOT COMING HERE AGAIN!!!
