I have called this company numerous time to come and fix a problem with the door they have installed and no response yet
I do not recomend this place at all

My deceased husband did business wIth Rondy’s Glass for forty years. I trusted them. I never would get a second bid. Three SubHumans broke my kitchen window and took things I can never replace. The quote from Rondy’s Glass to replace the glass was $ 230. American Glass is putting the same window in for $ 157. It is bad enough being violated by the subhumans but I am shocked by Rondy’s Glass. I should have know better than use them. In a previous break in I just called and had then install a new sliding door. Rondy’s broke my kitchen tile, they broke out the plaster on my house while installing the door and they left paste and a mess that stained my patio. They did nothing to rectify it when I complained. Rondy’s was the closest place to have the glass replaced. It is fault that I called them. I was traumatized by the invasion. DO NOT USE THEM. I am a 74 year old woman on a limited pension.

I have used Rondy’s Glass for decades both as a general contractor, homeowner and realtor. These local well run companies are hard to find in the world of big box stores. These guys know window, glass and doors. Hundred year home that needs new windows? No problem. Custom glazed commercial doors? No problem. Prices are good and they know their stuff.

I requested an estimate from Rondy’s to replace the windows throughout my house. A representative came by, told me about the process, and that he would send me an estimate for the work. I received an email but the estimate was for just three window replacements instead of 5 with 3 sliders. I emailed, several times, and called, several times with no results! I finally visited Rondy’s and spoke with another representative who said they’d leave the original rep a message to get back to me. Nothing. I am very disappointed. I had wanted to give a local, San Bernardino business the job. Sorry to say, I cannot recommend this place and it pains me to do so. I will be getting another, business, outside of San Bernardino… Whatever-​It-​Takes (WIT) Windows and Doors, Redlands, to replace my windows and whose representatives actually have the courtesy and professionalism to follow through on the process.

Rock broke my sliding glass door, and no one had the glass or the time to replace it. I called them up and said to just bring it down. They fixed it in 15 minutes. I will bring all my glass repairs her now.

They did good work for a fair price on my new custom home. One sliding glass door and all the windows.

Rondy’s Glass installed double pane windows in my 50 year old home several years ago. Never have I been so happy with the out come of a project. They did a perfect job installing the windows. My husband and I have commented many times about the difference the windows have made in the enjoyment of our older home. I have recommended Rondy’s to friends and they have had the same positive experience. While trying to find their phone number I saw negative feedback left regarding this fine company, and wanted to relate my positive experience. This is an excellent, reputable company!
