Sears Optical

I’ve been coming here for years and have always left with a smile! It comes down to quality work and customer service. My glasses came in a few days after I got my prescription and selected my frames. I recommend Sears Optical to anyone that is looking for a friendly experience and amazing glasses.

I must say that this is by far the most helpful sears optical I have ever been to, the customer service was excellent and the knowledge about glasses was extremely helpful. I recommended this location to my friend and he also was really impressed with the service he received. A+++ in my book.

best customer service, did not have a appointment but young lady was able to get me in and see the doc. was very satisfied, highly recommend, the staff members who help me choose a rayban frame were such a big help and got a great deal, will definitely bring back my family and recommend to friend’s and family.

Stay away — go to Lenscrafters inside the mall.
I arrived and witnessed an elderly lady being yelled at by one of the staff employees stating the lady was «wrong and I am right» attitude — went on for over 10 min. Finally met with doc but he didn’t provide me with what I wanted as I specifically requested glasses and contact prescription. Go back to staff to pick out eye-​ware (slim choice). I usually pick Versace, Oakley’s, or Coach and Sears had none — I am not a name brand person but I think these three eye glass designers have the best for my full face. Same lady who yelled at elderly lady is starting to argue with me regarding my prescription request stating I don’t need glasses. I explain to her I always obtain glasses for my astigmatism and never had a problem over the last 30 years. She leaves and comes back and says «No — you have perfect eyesight so the doctor will not give you a prescription» That was it — I left and went to Lenscrafters in the mall as I usually always go to here but they were busy that day. Walked in and told a nice lady what happened, so she said she would call the doc and request all info during exam. Guess what — she obtained the prescription for the glasses and contacts! And, I bought my glasses and 2 pair of contacts. Spent $ 400 out of pocket after insurance covered the rest — and I am HAPPY i did because I got what I wanted!
