Well we were more than excited to go back to the skating rink for my neices 7^th birthday and it was fun, well the skating part. The birthday party package was a joke! first lets start with the 6 dolalr pronto pizza they sell you for 14.99 each! the fries are literally the fries youd get in freezer section and throw in the over eccept these were all soggy! The service was horrible, this looks to be a family owned place as most the people there were under 15 years old, but to my suprise they were the only helpful ones, the lady who worked there smashed our super expensive cake and all she had to say was sorry then offered us 10 plastic spoons for the party? when we asked for more we were shut down! the guy there i think the manager (heavy set dude) was really rude and un welcoming everytime there was and issue it seems he was annoyed or didnt want to do anything whcih is a downer for a birthday party. the tables they had for tyhe party area were so wobbly we had to put somthing between the table and wall to keep it in place! tyhis place could be a great many things but it seems the managment really needs some cusotmer service training!!! GUESS WELL BE HOSTING OUR NEXT SKATE PARTY IN GRNAD TERRACE

Very disappointed!!!
I took my family there during the 1:00 pm — 4:00 pm skating session. Thinking it should be family oriented, since it was during the middle of the day, well I was wrong. While I was showing my 9 year old daughter how to skate, the «Dj» started playing some vulgar music. The song had a good beat, but when I started listening to the words, the rapper was talking about pulling the «p_​_​ties to the side». What the HECK! The rink was filled with little one’s skating with their parents, oblivious to what was playing. I do not want my daughter listening to anyone talking about such nonsense, nevertheless explaining to her what he is saying. So, my wife and I respectfully ask the «Dj» to change the music, in which he refused. He stated that he was playing the «Clean Version». What? Really! What is clean about a song stating he wanted to pull some girls «p_​_​ties» to the side, which we heard load and clear. In return, I asked him if he would allow his children to listen to such nonsense. He only shrugged his shoulders and blew us off. So much for customer service. Guess where I’m not taking my family again?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m from SB and went to Stardust back in the day. We were super excited when we heard about the revival of our favorite skating rink. Only to be shut down by the lack of respect of family morals and values.
