Stephenson’s Flowers

We ordered 2 standing sprays for online through a 3^rd party for a family member’s funeral. They sent one to Stephenson’s and one to another local flower shop. We received both of them and the difference was very apparent. Stephenson’s had gone the extra mile, used good fresh flowers and the arrangement was quite larger. We called the 3^rd party website and asked for the other one to be replaced and made by Stephenson’s. Stephenson’s was not obligated to have it out to us until the next morning but they made it in less than two hours and had it out to us the SAME AFTERNOON!!! I am so thankful for their kindness, their good quality work and the effort they put into their arrangements. The driver was kind and went out of his way to help us. I can’t say enough good things about them and how great they were during our time of loss. Order directly with them, don’t go online through a third party or try other local flower shops. They do not compare.

Just wanted to say thank you for the outstanding service and great floral arrangement, best way to let someone know your thinking of them while in the hospital is a nice floral arrangement and I did just that this past weekend. It truly was very easy and simple to order via my smart phone, I choose Stephenson’s due to reviews and location in less then 3 minutes I had placed my order and it was delivered without a hitch.

My husband ordered flowers over the phone for my birthday and had them delivered without knowing what I would get exactly. I could not be more pleased! The bouquet they made for my birthday is INCREDIBLE !! So happy !!

I had a plant arrangement sent to me from this place. At first glance the plant was very pretty. Looks can be deceiving because a couple of days after I got the plant I had to call to let them know that one of the plants in the planter had died! They did come and take the plant back to replace the dying plant. But then a few days after replacing it the prayer plant started turning yellow and you could pull the African violet leaves right out of the planter without even trying. Then on top of that the plant had gnats. I took it back to Stephenson’s and the guy who helped me made me feel like I had the problem and not his store. He accused me of over watering the plant, even though I had not watered it since I had received it then proceeded to tell me that I had to clean it up and that there was no way the gnats were coming from his plant. I told him I never had gnats in my office until I got that plant. He sprayed it with some stuff that kills gnats. I brought the plant home and so far the prayer plant has died, the plant they replaced is losing it’s leaves and guess what? I have gnats in my house. I never did tell the person who sent me the plant that it didn’t turn out well because he sent it as a condolence for the death of a family member. However I did tell him if he orders online try not to get this place again. Would I recommend this place to my friends or family? NO

I had remembered this florist when they did the Homecoming flowers two years ago at Aquinas. so I went down there since my son asked his date at the last minute to homecoming with less then a 24hr notice for a rose corsage and they did an amazing job! Thank you Stephenson’s flowers the corsage was beautiful!
