Fuck t mobile I hate this service! The bitches at this location are so rude. They don’t know shit u ask them something and they give u wrong info I had to talk shit to one girl there bcuz she was rude. I never get reception anywhere and if u get a phone its like being on a contract bcuz it takes about two years to pay the phone u so you’re totally fucked if u don’t pay the full amount. All in all fuck t mobile

Worst customer service ever… accused me of cracking my phone when they shipped it to me that way. Charles needs to take some customer service courses. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. They even lied about what date my warranty expired, not knowing I had already spoken to customer service over the phone. But thats ok, the truth prevails they sent me a brand new phone. And it smells like shit .or maybe that was their employees! !

Nearest store to home. I tried being there a few times and everyday is the same — mostly broken demo phones, and loads of people with their kids and cousins and grandparents and neighbors and so on. I have to get my info from YouTube and then visit another T-​Mobile store. One time I gave my name and waited over 30 minutes and then left to go home. I am a T-​Mobile customer, but this store is terrible!

What it is:
T-​mobile kiosk in a mall with variety of phones and staff hollering at people. They have two kiosk in the mall.
Layout:
360 degree kiosk with phones throughout for you to test and try and accessories.
Advertisement:
Great deals, as advertised no hidden fees and such. Brought up great deals that are going on.
Staff:
Very friendly and helpful and made sure everything worked before I left. Gave many tips and advice on the particular device I had. Shows they are knowledgeable and shows they actually care about their customers. A few of their staff was just sitting on the floor inside the kiosk chatting away. Hmmmm
Overall:
Great experience, got what I need, it was quick and easy, no hassle or pressure.
