T & T Smog & Auto Repair

I bought my 2001 Civic with 200,000+ miles in for a smog check and was able to pass with no issues. It was in and out. Fast service and reasonably priced. The owner does a very efficient job and is knowledgeable on car mechanics. They are open on saturday which makes it convenient. I would definitely bring in my cars here for my next smog check.

Have been going to TNT for the last two years. Great service, friendly, and honest. Two other smog places told me my car did not pass but for an additional $ 125 they could pass it. I took my car to TNT and it passed the first time!
Would and do recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Seng is amazing with foreign cars. He fixed my car issues for my Lexus at 50% less in cost than other places. Also, he fixed the clutch and tighten the coil-​overs on my boyfriend’s RSX for a fraction of the price.
He knows a lot about foreign cars. Best part of his establishment is the honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and best of all, Seng explains what he fixed and EVEN shows you the OLD parts that are replaced.

Went in for a smog check, they were finished in 15 minutes. Great place! Definitely recommend.

This place is awesome for smog checks. The State of California hates me by requiring 5 of my vehicles to be tested at STAR certified stations only, so for the past 3 years I’ve been bringing all of them here to T & T Smog & Auto Repair. Every time I’ve been here there is only one person working in the shop, so I assume he is the owner. He has always stopped whatever it is he is working on to accommodate my smog checks, which gets me in & out of his shop pronto. I appreciate that & always make sure to tip him $ 10-​$ 20 for the speedy service.
I don’t see how this place stays in business with the low rates they charge for the smog checks. When the STAR program started about 5 years ago it was costing me $ 95 per vehicle by the time I paid fees for testing, certificate, and electronic transfer. T & T Smog & Auto Repair only charges 50 bones for their STAR certified smog check, and that includes electronic transfer of the smog cert to the DMV website. Prior to T & T becoming a STAR certified smog check station, the closest STAR certified smog check station was 10 miles from our house in downtown San Bernardino, and it usually took a minimum of 2 hours to get a smog check done because the smog mechanic spent more time on his phone than he did performing the smog checks, but there was no where else to go. Because of that I was soooooooo happy to find T & T up here in the northeast corner of the city three years ago.
I haven’t needed any vehicle repairs lately, but if I ever do I will come back and give T & T Smog & Auto Repair a chance to earn my business as an auto repair mechanic. A big + for their customers is that a brand spanking new Harbor Freight store just opened for business this week right next door to T &T, so if you have to wait on a repair, you can peruse the aisles of Harbor Freight while you wait for your car to be fixed.

Awesome place, went to dealership and they were going to charge me a fortune. T&T definitely had a better price.

If you ask me, «Honest Mechanic & Honest Price!» Ask for Seng! The only thing you have to wait for are parts. Otherwise, they are fast and efficient!!! Highly recommend!!!
