Customer Service is extremely important to me! I have being going to B&B Transmissions since it opened back in 85. I get the maintenance (oil change) for my tranny since its costly getting a new or rebuilt transmission and I am seen promptly.

Just left this place & man what a joke. Told the guy what was going on & his exact words were «ok, I’ll drive it around and then do I’ll do a diagnostic test, it’ll be about an hour»…so after two hours I call back and he said «well i drove it around & what you said was going on didn’t happen and I don’t have the machine to do the test»…REALLY WTF! If you didn’t have the machine why didn’t you say that to begin with! Just waisted my time for no reason & your supposed to be one of the top shops on San Mateo county… I think not! Will never go back & will never recommend any to it!

Great honest service. Went to dealer, and without even looking for cause of my problem, they said I need a new transmission. I didn’t think I needed a transmission, so I sought a second opinion at B&B. Sergio promptly drained the oil pan and found that all I needed was a quick and easy fix. Will definitely come back with any future needs.
