I dont have a sweet tooth but this is a cute shop. My 4 year old daughter loves going there after swim class across the street. Its a bit pricey for some candies but they have a good variety at different price points. Good children gifts too. Lots of princess and hello kitty items for girls.

Drove her after work because I heard they had hard to find Japanese KitKats. The selection they offered alone deserves the 2 stars but that’s where it ends for me. I filled my basket with the various kitkat flavors and realized that 10 pieces of little ass kitkats would’ve cost me $ 25. A bag of green tea kitkats is $ 12. I got turned off n put everything back. I’m cool, I’ll drive to Japantown or Clement where a bag is $ 7.

I saw this new store pop on up on my feed here at Unilocal so I had to go and check it out. The shop is set up very cute. Definitely has that candy shop feel to it. The employee was very friendly and invited us in. He didn’t even blink when he saw that we had a 2 year old with Hulk fists on yelling Hulk smash around the displays.(He did end up taking the fists off to play at the foosball table) Overall the shop is cute. Personally found the prices a bit high, but it can be expected considering the area and I think some of the higher priced candy is imported in. They had a nice selection of taffy in the center of the store. There were also some very cute Pez dispensers. I almost caved and bought a Hello Kitty one. There was also a small section of jelly belly jelly beans fill your own bag per lb on the side wall when you come in. Overall I think this will be a great addition to San Mateo Ave. If I ever get a craving for some of the different flavored Kit Kats I know where to go

I think this is the sort of store San Bruno was missing. The place is really cute and they have a good selection of Candies — Taffy, Pez, Jawbreakers, various Chocolate bars and Hard Candies. I did however find them on the pricey side. I was looking at the British Chocolate bars(naturally) and was put off by the fact that they were $ 2.59 each as I can get them for half that elsewhere. When I visited on the eve of Christmas Eve I noticed that they had these really cute little mason jars filled with Candy next to the till. There was a sign that advertised them as being 30% off but were the only item in the store that didn’t have a price label on. I probably make will go back as they have various KitKat’s from England too.
