Apparently they are out of business with an eviction notice on their door. Still highly rated as of the last time I was there and so sorry to see them gone.

DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYONTHISHORRIBLERESTAURANT. Pizza is disgusting and the owners have extremely bad customer service. It has gone downhill with the new ownership. The crust on the pizza I ordered tasted old and was a funny grey color. The owner said that’s how it is suppose to be. They admitted to using less toppings and a different supplier but claim to have the same quality as the previous owner. Does that make any sense? They refuse to refund your money and offer to make a new one but who wants to eat another crappy tasting pizza? Would rate it a zero if I could. It’s really sad when your looking forward to ordering from your favorite pizza place and find out it will never be the same.

This place has went DOWNHILL in the last year. I used to think they had good pizza until I received my delivery order from Grubhub a few nights ago. I agree with other reviewers who are saying there are NOTOPPINGS… Very accurate in this description, but to add insult to injury they also burnt both of our pizzas, so much so, that who ever boxed it actually CUTOFFTHEEDGEOF1⁄3 of my Pizza! Who does that?!? I’ll tell you who, a company that doesn’t give a crap about the quality of their food or what they are delivering. Horrible, it will be the last time I give money to support this establishment!

came in here awhile back with a co-worker for lunch since it was close to work. We seen that lunch special which seemed like a good price. We walked in and the buffet wasn’t even set. when on the sign it said 11 it was already 12. They were verry disorganized. but we really wanted pizza so we decided to stay and the gentlemen was nice and said he ould set it up for us. we went to sit at the tables and it was a mess they had food on the floor some of the tables werent clean. it looked like it was the mess from the night before. it was nasty! now to their pizza… i dont like it. it tastes like it was a frozen pizza you can buy at safeway. i suggest you go somewhere else.

Almost no topping on the pizza I ordered. Pizzas are not made with care. Below average crust and low quality cheese. Overall not worth ordering again. $ 18 for a large 1-topping pizza should be much better quality than this. Spend the extra time and $ 3 to order from Toto’s or Zorba’s! 2-stars because it is close and they accept online orders. if you don’t care about quality at least they are convenient.

Pizza is good, I typically order the Veggie gourmet so I cannot comment on other pizza pies. I used to call and ask for delivery, now I call to put the order in then pick it up. It’s down convenient to get to and I don’t have to wait as long for delivery.

Nope. I think this place just lost my business forever. Based on my multiple experiences, and the feedback from other Unilocalers, this place either needs to make some serious changes, or just close the doors, because if making some changes is too hard, you will end up loosing everything. I really like the pizza actually. They have great toppings and they dont charge extra for pan crust. However, they always have something wrong with the order. ALWAYS! never fails. They forgot to put basil on the pizza, the dough was made wrong, they closed early and didnt notify (where we order from). For the past 5 – 6 orders we have ordered from them something went wrong. Here is an idea, do it correctly and you wont have to make any excuses, and you wont loose business. Amazing concept, right? I almost feel like they are putting more effort into apologizing and making excuses why they are messing up rather than just making it right. Not sure if this is a family owned business and all the staff is family so they dont want to fire family, but this place needs to close for a week, hirer all new staff(cooks, prep cooks, servers, cashiers, etc) and start over and hope it works. All the staff is rude and not professional. It really is sad to give a place like this only 1 star but I feel like I gave this place more than enough chances to prove themselves and they let me down every time. Sorry, not sorry, Pasquale’s West Coast Pizzeria, my hard earned money and recommendations for great pizza places will not be going to you.

I must say that I am officially done with this place! There food is absolutely delicious and that is what frustrates me the most! The last few times I have ordered something has gone wrong… «someone made the dough wrong»… «we ran out of ____» … «we had to close early so we canceled your order» I’m writing this review as I sit here waiting for them to fix my order because they forgot to add a topping. I mean it’s not like this is a once in a while thing… 4 consecutive orders and 4 consecutive problems. I mean at a certain point even the delicious food isn’t worth it anymore and it’s sad because this WAS my favorite pizza place.

My mom discovered this place by accident through some coupon she found a while back. We’ve never eaten there, we always go in and get take-out, so I can’t speak for how they are for eat-in customers, but whenever we’ve gone, everyone is pretty friendly. We usually order the Meat Lover’s pizza, and it’s great! Toppings are fresh, plentiful, and tasty. They participate in the Belly program, and last night I got my first free garlic twists — OH. MY. GOD. Do something for yourself. Try their garlic twists. They are out of this world!

Dough is pre-rolled and refrigerated. When it’s time to bake, it’s removed from the fridge and the pizza maker beats it with a roller. SRSLY? «Pan pizza» was unexceptional, what anywhere else calls«thick crust», a little on the doughy side. Salad bar is sad. Salad bar is not included at dinner time.(We were misled about this and had to ‘discuss’ the issue at payment time.). The mushrooms for the pizza may have been fresh 8 hours ago. Counter service is painfully slow. Table service is nonexistent. Counter personnel are either extremely hard of hearing or they simply don’t care to listen carefully, or both. I had to repeat myself multiple times(and then was told I didn’t need to shout). Pay careful attention to the bill. Although I repeated our order twice,(and also said«we didn’t order that» when the counter guy kept talking about a veggie combo), the bill included someone else’s pizza and it took a while to straighten that out. Two stars because the place is clean and the pizza was neither badly undercooked nor burnt but… there are plenty of better pizza places in the area. At least we used Groupon.

I love this place. I’ve been here to pick up(which takes a max of 20−25min –super fast in my experience). I’ve gotten delivery from here(max 40 min — standard time). Also, the delivery is free. FREE. It’s my go to pizza place here in San Bruno. I’ve ordered from here countless of times and have not had a bad experience. Love the Hawaiian pizza here. It has TABASCO sauce on it. I mean, that’s AH-MAZING. I also get an order of the spicy buffalo wings and the garlic sticks. Pizza, wings and bread. What could go wrong?

No no no. No ambiance No customer service No pizza worth eating Tried this restaurant for the first & last time! Was at this restaurant during the dinner hour(6:00) & was the only customer in the place! Ingredients were skimpy, over cooked & questionably fresh. I could have fared just as well with a frozen pizza! Just as unpalatable ! I wanted to support this small business but unfortunately I like to be able to enjoy the food that I purchase.

A former Round Table Pizza, and somewhat old, it’s a shame they didn’t remodel with new owners. I appreciate the fact that they accepted my Groupon voucher value(some restaurants don’t even though it’s mandatory). We ordered a veggie pizza. Average and nothing to rave about. I can’t say that we’d return.

This is the old Round Table Pizza. Same menu or slightly changed. Same expensive prices and they charge for delivery. Their system no longer remembers your old orders. I am disabled from back surgery so ordered 6 times in last couple of weeks. Having to explain your order repeatedly is a pain plus they still mess it up. I ended up so frustrated with the manager who was blaming me for her employees mistakes. i.e. Coupon offers free 2liter soda with pizza. They try to charge you for it. After explaining coupon, you try to order: «What kind?» «Coke, sprite, orange, dr. Pepper.» You say, «ok dr. Pepper» «were out of it» «ok Orange». They deliver«Sprite» Delivery person after $ 5 tip +$ 2.50 delivery fee apologizes and says they’ll tell manager that they owe you a 2 liter soda. You call the next day to place a larger order and ask for soda. Rude Manager says, «Well we’ll do it this time but for future reference we don’t sell Dr. pepper and our drivers aren’t allowed to say they’ll give you a free 2liter.» Nice apology. Blame customer for your employee mistakes and give them what they paid for along with a warning. At this point, everyone listening is yelling, «hang up! We’ll just order from Di’Napolis» Pros: pizza is good if they get order right. 1 ½ delivery is usually ½ hour. Cons: you have to place order as if you are speaking to the mentally challenged. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to place an order for something on a coupon or something you’ve placed 5 times previously. Phone operators expect you to know menu by heart and what their company policies are. Forget ordering online because their coupons don’t have codes.

Seriously, that might have been the worst experiences in delivery ever. I can only speak for the customer service of their delivery and lack of quality in their delivered food. Last night, my friend and I were toying with the idea of buying the new chicken specials from Dominos but opted for a local, family-run restaurant delivery, with pictures of plump buffalo wings with steaming hot garlic twists and home made sauces to tempt us toward Pasquales. What a mistake. It took K**** about 11 minutes(What?!) to tell us that there was no buffalo or blue cheese dips, that there were two types of chicken options, and that they had run out of jalapeño poppers. We ended up ordering potato skins and some garlic twists, a half dozen BBQ wings with a side of BBQ sauce, and a half dozen of «hot» buffalo wings with a side of buffalo sauce(She somehow got confused, because she put me on hold and when she came back on the phone, she said she actually did have some Buffalo sauce, and promptly told us that it was 75 cents extra.). When we got our food, we got bulky cold large boxes of chicken wings the size of my pinky, shrunken garlic twists, and potato skins spread with tomato sauce. The highlight of this horrible delivery was the 2 containers of blue cheese(which she said they didn’t have), 2 containers of caesar dressing(Wait, what?) and a larger container of cold thick tomato paste, presumably for the garlic twists. Looking at the receipt, all our items came with a sauce– some of them said the correct sauce, while others said the exact opposite of what she had told us was missing. I was so confused. We received none of our sauces after she had told us that they were in stock, and charged us for sauces we never even got, the food was cold and looked nothing like the pictures, and the experience dealing with the women taking our orders was just so bad. LOL. What a joke. I have refrained from writing poor reviews recently, but this was just an outrageous note worthy experience to help others make better choices in their delivery. Again, this review is only based on delivery. IF you do happen to go here. Just get the garlic twists. Only decent thing to munch on.

This is a great find for my friend who can only east gluten free products. I must say for a gluten free crust(we had an x-large pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage pizza) it was pretty good. My only complaint is about the service. We called our order in 30 minutes in advance and when we came to pick it up there was no one in the restaurant(around 5:30pm) and the two girls behind the counter were busy talking instead of helping me find my lost pizza. I had to ask them multiple times if it was in the oven or if they hadn’t prepared it yet. So we waited and waited for a pizza that we called in awhile ago.

OMG! Gluten Free pizza! Delish! After trying extreme pizza’s GF option, I thought I was out of luck. After taking one bite into my extra cheesy sausage mushroom pizza, I’m convinced this is by far the best GF pizza there is! All you celiac’s, and non, jump on board!

I really wanted to like this place as I was hoping for a bit of home…(NY) I had a living social voucher for this place(apparently I buy up a lot of these things. but they’re awesome) only paid $ 2.28 b/c I added garlic(3rd topping) to an XLNY style 2 topping pizza. I thought this is hopefully it and was instantly disappointed as I watched the cashiers pull out pre-packaged raw pizza pies out of the fridge(out of bagged stacks, like the pre-packaged/formed burger patties)! WTF?!? Well at least the toppings were fresh and I saw the guy(I’m guessing their brother) cut fresh basil to put on our pizza. sauce and toppings are tasty, crust… :(boo. I can’t say I’d be back for semi-restaurant made pizza, if I wanted that, I’d go to Domino’s or Pizza Hut.

The delivery service is horrible, The guy yelled at me on the phone because he couldn’t figure out how to get into my building, When I met him outside, he gave me my order of a x-large with 22liters of soda, no bag, when I asked if he had a bag he just shook his head starting complaining about the building again and walked away. As for the pizza, the top of the box was so badly smashed into it most of the toppings were stuck to it. I will not be ordering from them again

I tried this place three times and I really tried to like this place because it’s a «local» San Bruno business. Today, Sunday March 3rd at 2:00 pm was the final time I will attempt this place. Filthy is the operative word here and I’ve included pics this time.(click on pics above to see slide show) When myself and my family came in today at 2:00 pm the place was empty and the employee with an attitude of «barely awake» told me it had been dead all day, which really leaves no excuse for the filthy conditions of this place through out. Check out the pics. Salad Bar DISGUSTING — They’re blatantly reusing the same containers from shifts past with dried and caked salad dressing spilled across the containers and salad bar. Almost all of the containers were more than half empty with dried remnants of being previously filled and reused. Spills that were dried and smeared were noticeable. This salad bar is an ER visit in the making. Silver Ware Holder Nasty dirty forks and knives that still had food residue on them. There was spilled cheese and red peppers inside the fork and knife containers and DUST on top of the rack. The cheese and red pepper holders were right next to the silverware. All had filthy tops smeared with grease and finger prints. You can tell the containers had not been washed in a while. Tables, Booths and Chairs. Double Filthy. I took pictures of gum and pizza cheese smeared on one. All of the booths had trash, food and pizza from previous days underneath. The game room area had discarded Pepsi cups, napkins and half eaten pieces of pizza smashed into the floor through out.(see pic). When I asked one of the two employees about it, he said it was from the kids party YESTERDAY and then went right back to sitting behind the counter watching TV. I had to go and ask for for a towel to get the sticky slime off our table. Think anyone made an effort to do so, not a chance. Restroom(see pics) Think BART in Daly City. Filty scunge encrusted sink, soap scum all along the wall by the sink and dirt across the entire floor. Dried urine on the walls, urine on the floor all around the filthy toilet. Graffiti on the window and on a nasty broken changing table. Filthy door… just a plain nasty restroom that should never be in any self respecting restaurant. Pizza The pizza was«ok». Like I said in an earlier review, it’s like Dominoes but not quite as tasty. It was a tad bit over cooked and dry. Safety Mr. «Owner» if you don’t don’t want to get sued out of existence, I highly suggest that you train your employees not to deliver a scalding hot pizza and place it on the table unannounced over the top of the head and directly in front of a two year old in a high chair. Luckily my wife grabbed one hand and I the other as my two year reached directly for it. A scalding hot pizza directly over the head of a two year old, really??? As regular customer of the previous Round Table I have a very hard time believing these are the same owners. This place is a total filthy nasty dump and I highly advise everyone to skip it. There are much better pizza places in South City, Daly City and San Bruno. ***Note to Owner I understand that the economics of running a small business may not allow for new fixtures and your fixtures are a little run down, but I would love to see the mathematical equation that solves to justify such a nasty and filthy restaurant. If you can answer that, I might be willing to try a fourth time just to be fair or in this case, overly fair.
