Maybe it’s my lack of command of the English language, maybe not… But the sign in the shop says«mix and match any 2: flatbread, soup, salad» So I decided that I would match with 2 flatbreads. And the proprietor wouldn’t give me the deal. I tried pointing out it was mix or match ANY2, and I was matching 2, but he insisted that I had to mix and couldn’t get 2 flatbreads… WTF? Plus the grandma working there is like 102 and moves in slow motion… Zero stars if I could…

I asked them if they could just change the bread because it was black and burnt. The tiny Hispanic man said this is how the sandwich is and gave me attitude. Black burnt edges? I don’t think so… So I left and left the sandwich there. He chased after me and said«do you want a new sandwich? Do you want a refund?» I was at the point annoyed and said to him, «you gave me too much attitude. I’m good»(I really think he changed him mind because all the customers in the shop was staring at us, probably thinking he’s stingy and didn’t want to switch my bread)

wow the last Quizno’s on the planet. I liked the one in Colma before it closed down. Some familiar faces working here now. The sandwiches are decent, service is not bad. Def will come in to get toasty when I’m in the area.

Came here for lunch and got myself a sandwich with lettuce, onions, chicken breast and BBQ sauce on it. I also got to use a coupon that got me a free regular size fountain drink and free chips with a purchase of a sandwich. I had not problems with the staff menders. I don’t know why so many people are having problems at this location. You should thankful that this location has not shut down like most of the Quiznos Sub locations have.

I’m not in the business to go around trash talking elderly people. but this needs to be said. Today was my second visit to this location(should have stopped at one). The first trip, we experienced such rude service by the elderly lady that is constantly hugging the cash register, that my girlfriend refuses to go here again. Because I live so close and receive about 500 flyers from them a month in my mail box, I grabbed one, ripped off a coupon and headed down for a quick and cheap lunch. As before the elderly couple were there — the lady hugging her register and the man hopping around behind the counter(I’m assuming happy to see a lunch crowd as it’s always dead in there). The lady didn’t even look up from her register as I handed her the coupon(just as last time), she was obviously disappointed with my discount. She proceeded to try upselling me every other item in the store. The condiments were basically empty, in what I now assume is a way for them to save money. I was almost done grabbing napkins when the elderly man(owner/manager?) took a flying leap at me and said he had already put some in the bag. Oh. I’m sorry… but two napkins? Am I not allowed more? And how did I know they were in there? When I got home, I nearly chipped a tooth on what I’m praying was an olive pit or peppercorn? Eitherway. my girlfriend was right. This place blows. These people blow. If you don’t want people using coupons, then please for the love of the environment, STOPMAILINGTHEM! It’s funny, but very sad at the same time. Like I said, I’m not into slamming elderly people, but I have a feeling that these owners were jerks when they were younger as well. Shame. I love Quiznos.

This place is gross. All Quizno’s are gross. It’s like a Subway, but it costs more, has way fewer choices in terms of toppings, and all of the ingredients taste nasty. Subways have spinach… Quizno’s just has iceberg lettuce. Subway has a lot of veggies that you can add to your sandwich for free. Quiznos has… not much of anything. Today I saw the counter person weighing the chicken in such a miserly fashion that she tore an already shredded tiny chunk of chicken in half, throwing ½ the chunk back into the bin, so as not to give away excess chicken. They don’t have brown mustard. They don’t have any interesting cheeses, just really basic junk. I want my $ 6 or $ 7 back. Have to keep reminding myself, never go to a Quiznos.

I love Quiznos. I like this location but not anymore. Unfortunately it’s the only one in my area and i can overlook the little issues but recently there was an incident that rubbed me off of wanting to enter this location again. I am a ‘coupon-er’ so i always come prepared with my coup’s on my iphone. I am usually able to bring it up on my iphone and zoom in for the employee to read. This has never been an issue. It was last Sunday when the employee working yanked the phone from my hands as i was zooming in to show him. I looked at him and said, «you’re not supposed to just grab my phone from my hands, you need to give me my phone back now.» His reply was, «well i need to see it!» to which i replied, «i was zooming it in for you. You did not have to snatch it from my hands.» He counter argued, «well you should have printed it out like the rest of the people do.» I was not ready to get into a battle with an employee at Quiznos, so i said, «thank you, good bye.» I thought that was the end. I just went in today(Tuesday) on my lunch break and the Manager was in and i looked down and so was the employee from Sunday and he kept giving me nasty looks and talking in his native tongue — Spanish, which i am fluent in and could understand every word he was talking bad about me. So i ordered my sandwich with another employee and i hear the employee still talking in his ear about me. I go to pay for my sandwich and mysteriously, i asked for no onion on my Turkey Ranch Swiss and when i get back to my office, it has an over abundance of onions, no tomatoes and barely any lettuce. I thought back and remembered i told the person making my sandwich i wanted no onion and he repeated, i come in all the time and order the same thing and while i was paying the employee who was bad mouthing me ended up finishing my sandwich topping off with extra onions which i specifically asked for them to not put on. I find this lack of respect and utter disregard for a customer, valued or not, it’s Quiznos. It shouldn’t be a game. I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOTHISLOCATIONBECAUSEOFTHERIDICULOUSTACTICOF1INDIVIDUAL.

I think I just don’t like Quizno’s. They have a menu, and, thy pretty much stick to it. You want an extra, well… they don’t do that. Not that Subway is the pantheon of sandwich franchises, but, they will put anything on the sammie for you, and unless it is more meat, cheese or avo, they give it to you. Not this joint. And the sammies aren’t all that good either — nothing spectacular. Had Quiz on Saturday then Colombo’s Deli(in Pacifica) on Sunday — night and day difference — cannot even compare. hmmm… maybe I shoudl review Colombo’s too! Ya feel me?

This is a great Quiznos. The prices seem to be a bit higher, but it’s a peaceful environment, and exceptionally clean. I think they got a perfect score from the health department(it’s posted on the wall when you walk in). The owner(I think) is a man of few words, but is always friendly. The other employees seem friendly too.

It’s clean, convenient, has good sandwiches(prime Ron dip and double cheese prime rib) and always has yummy broccoli cheese soup! The staff has always been nice when I’ve come in.

It’s a really good place to have a quick bite. Sandwiches are great! My boyfriend is a meat lover. Every time we stop by, he would order«Prime Rib Philly», I prefer grilled flatbreads. The small-sized Basil Pesto Chicken is enough for a calorie-concerned girl like me. LOL

sandwiches are great here. not like back in the day though when quizno sandwiches were humungous for the price. now theyre just your average better-tasting, more calorie subway. theyre new chicken sandwiches are good and the italian delight(with 6 cheap deli meats) was delicious and salty the way i like it. the staff is a bit odd, and they are not friendly. they just want to give you your sandwich and get back to twiddling the thumbs. but. their english is so-so, so ill give them a break. 5 years ago i would’ve given four stars, but since you’re near my workplace and i always need that quickbite sandwich joint, 3 stars, mr quiz.

Avoid this place. I don’t want to outright flame them, and maybe my experience was unusual… but after reading other reviews on this location, I am not the minority. I go in to get a sandwich and ask to hold the mayo. I ask what other kind of sauces they have, figuring ill get some kind of vinaigrette. The man behind the counter pointed to some unmarked bottles. I told them I don’t know what those are, and ask if they have a list of the sauces. He replies, «There is no list.» Confused, I ask again what the sauces were. He tells me «There are too many to list». There was not more than 7 bottles in front of him. Also, the 2 managers are constantly watching over you/the employees. It’s awkward and downright creepy. I can see them wanting to do quality control, but it crossed a line in my book. Walmarters/YouTubers, skip this location. They don’t deserve the business. Poor atmosphere, customer service, AND the lettuce was wilted! :(

The staff here is kind of weird. Mixture of old people and younger guys in training. The food was tasty. Peppercorn steak and the pulled pork another day. Like the other reviewer you have to demand the lettuce and tomato if its not included on menu. They get minus 1 star because you have to hassle them for a black container to put pickles, peppers or jalapeños in. Are thy that cheap that people walk off with more than their share? I don’t want to bother a cashier who is ringing someone up so they can hand me a container. The second time I just loaded them on the lids they have out just so I wouldn’t have to bother them.

Vegetarian? Skip this place! I asked them to make me a torpedo. The clerk replied, «Which kind?» I said, «Veggie.» He said that they didn’t do that, and I had to choose one of the ones listed on the sign(all containing meat). I noted that he could make *any* one of them, but I just wanted the meat left off. The answer was still no. I actually thought he was kidding. He volunteered to check with the manager. The manager — both to him and to me — also said no. So, I left and got my lunch elsewhere. I’ve enjoyed Quiznos before at many locations who have happily accommodated my request to leave the meat off. In general, I find their subs good. The service here(as noted by other raters, too) is just weird. You will eat our meat. Or else.

I love Quiznos more than Subway just like any person. However, this place left a really bad taste in my mouth(figuratively). Now, before you see this as just another angry review, you have to put things into perspective. If you look at my profile, you’ll find that I review basically everything I go to so my reviews don’t just lie in the really bad and the really good ones. I also rarely rate any establishment 1 star. With that said, I am basing this review mostly on their ineptitude on customer service and not really on the quality of their sandwiches because, for the most part, franchises have more-or-less the same quality of food throughout the chain. Anyway, I walk in(Thursday, Sept 22nd at 12:30pm) and I order. «A regular Pork Cuban on wheat please. With everything including veggies,» I say. The person at the counter says, «Ok.» I then slide over to the part of the counter where the lady is assembling the sandwiches just to make sure that she puts the veggies in it. While I’m waiting for my sandwich to get out of the toaster, the cashier calls me over to make a payment. Hesitantly, I go over to the cashier to make my payment. I think to myself that the lady assembling my sandwich should get it right, I already told them that i want the sandwich with veggies(just to point out, the Pork Cuban doesn’t come with veggies by default). As I finish up paying, I notice that she’s cutting up my sandwich and wrapping it up. I also notice that it doesn’t have my gosh darn veggies(such simple instructions!). So I sign the credit card receipt and rush back over to the counter and say, «Wait. I wanted all the veggies in there!» She looks blindly at me. Then, this older man(manager I presume) interjects and says, «Oh. Well, once the sandwich is wrapped, we can’t put it back on the counter and put the veggies in.» I say, «Ok. Well, my instructions were simple and now you’re telling me that there’s nothing you can do about it?» The manager guy says, «Well, I can put veggies in a separate container.» Livid at this point, I just want to get out of there before I cause a commotion before I ask for a refund just to make a point. But in my better judgement I take a deep breath and walk out. I know this sounds like I’m being petty. BUT when all you have to do is make a sandwich with the instructions I gave and get them wrong and refuse to remake the sandwich the way I ordered it then we have a problem. I was kind in my request, it was not my fault that they couldn’t follow directions, and, most importantly, their policies shouldn’t have to interfere with their customer satisfaction. I’m sorry that you have a policy that disallows you to put a sandwich back on the preparation counter once it’s already wrapped. It’s not my problem. But once you make it my problem by asking me to assemble my own sandwich once I get home(let’s not forget to mention that the veggies at Quiznos are all shredded and diced so there was no elegant way to do it, rather than if they had larger veggies and slices) then I’m going to be mad. Why would I drive all the way to Quiznos and pay to have it made for me if I have to go back home and remake it myself anyway. I usually would be ok with doing this had the old man/manager behind the counter been apologetic about it. In fact, he also made it seem like it was MY fault. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I took a chance by coming here today rather than get my usual lunch sandwich at Mollie Stones(which, btw, is infinitely better in quality) and I am faced with this awkward situation. I could blame the ladies behind the counter but I understand that things can get busy and things are lost in translation but when you make a mistake, you have to fess up to it. What made me write this review is the old man/manager’s way of handling the issue. It was solely his doing that made me really upset with this establishment and it’s unfortunate because I really do like Quiznos and I used to frequent this particular location quite often. I’m sure that this was just a one-chance thing with me as evidenced by the satisfactory reviews by others but I felt I needed to write this so that that old man(and even maybe other employees there) would realize that how he handled the situation was very unprofessional and really says a lot on how they care about their customer loyalty.

Located in Bayhill Shopping Center this is such a convenient location for meeting my husband for lunch and we have been here a few times now. It never appears to get too busy and it’s nice and clean inside with about 10 tables we’re always able to get a seat. Service is ok but I often get email coupons and there’s alway confusion involved with ringing them through the till. I got an email coupon for a free sub for my Birthday a couple of months ago and went to redeem it but was told I had to buy the combo in order to get it which wasn’t stated on the coupon so I ended up paying $ 2.79 for a drink and chips I didn’t want just to get a ”free” Birthday sub *sad face*. The subs are pretty tasty though and I especially like the fact that the bread is quite soft and not over toasted like some other locations have a tendency of doing. Ingredients always fresh and a small is the perfect size. Leaflets located at the counter with all the nutritional value as well which is so useful to me. ** Birthday Tip ** If you go to the Quiznos website and sign up for their email club you get regular email deals which include offers like free sub or cookie on your Birthday, 2 small sub combos for $ 9.99, a small sub for $ 2.99, buy a sub and get drinks & chips free ect. Offers vary.

Dropped by here for lunch. Now for every sandwich you purchase, you get a free kid’s meal(of course you have to bring a little one with you!). This Quizno’s is bright and spacious. They are clean as well. Sandwich is pretty good(it’s not burnt as much as the ones in Colma). Service is ok as well. Will consider coming back when I’m in the neighborhood.

Update: CLOSED. Always quality and my standard(Original turkey ranch) is standard for a reason. Their regular-sized sandwiches($ 6.29) are larger than the Subway 6″ subs, and tastes better too. Hits the spot without being too filling, so it’s nice temporary stop-gap before any other meal. If inclined, may add chips($ 1.19) and medium drinks($ 1.59), though comboing-up(if there’s such a word) would make it cheaper. This place is clean, cleaner than even other Quiznos, and doesn’t have a strange bread/cheese/floor cleaner smell like at many Subways. Since it’s located in the Bayhill Shopping Center, there are many other places to hit, like a Stbux, ey?
