A3 Tile

Used them twice now and have had great service and love the tile. Will be using them again to finish the rest of my bathrooms!

Called A3 Tile in search of some Shluter products (waterproofing for showers). This product is super expensive so I called around getting a couple dealer quotes. Jessica Bracamonte, the sales rep at A3 I spoke with, was very professional, and quick to provide me a quote by email. She tried to get the price down to beat a competitor and she did a diligent job. Jessica came close to matching the other competitor (just a couple dollars more), however, I chose to go with the other dealer simply because it was closer to me.
Even after I told Jessica I wouldn’t be able to buy from A3 she was still positive and offered to help me if I needed anything else.
Overall, I thought the customer service was prompt and professional. Good Job!

Juan did a great job helping us select our tile for our new project. He took his time and showed us all the options available. Great quality and great customer service. I’ll be returning to but more tile for our next project.

First time customer here at A3 tile. I usually go to another tile shop very close by but decided to try this shop on a recommendation.
I initially worked with Jessica, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed me many different samples and gave me great ideas as well. I did not feel rushed at all and she answered all my questions thoroughly. I took a tile board home to try (upon her suggestion) and so glad I did! I ended up choosing a tile color that I did not originally have in mind but that looked better in my foyer given its particular lighting. A few days later when I went back to purchase the tile, Juan? (Store manager) helped me out and he also was extremely helpful and friendly.
The selection and pricing at A3 is excellent and I would not hesitate to return here for my next tile project.
Note: before I actually purchased the tile at A3, I did go back to my original tile store and saw the same tile for a similar price. However, because the salesgirl was such a dud and so uninterested, my decision to purchase from A3 was made easy!

Awesome Spot for your tiling needs! Picked up some great ideas and Bathroom tiles from this place! Nice selections and quick turn around on ordered items.
Owners and workers were happy to help and give me ideas on tile matching and color matching! Found some nice Italian tiles and really liked the colors!

Bought my bathroom tile here. Nice guys. Nice prices. Easy to deal with. Stuff was ready in a week. They didn’t go out of business while I was waiting for my order… that was a plus. :) What is it about tile places and carpet dealers?

My husband and I bought tile here to remodel our bathroom. The manager Juan spent a long time with us helping us to pick out quarter-​round that would go with our favorite tile – in fact, he even contacted the tile manufacturer several times to help us find the perfect match. We had a positive customer service experience, and the tile arrived on time for our project. I was also impressed with their tile selection and competitive prices – we shopped a couple of places and A3 had the highest quality stuff for the most reasonable price.

They have a good selection if nice, quality tiles here at decent prices. I bought my bathtub wall tiles here (Porcelonosa — Deco Nacare Blanco) and am extremely happy with them. The best part is that they were having a 30% off sale! I dealt mostly with Jay, he was great. This is the first place I’ve been to where they let you take home tile samples! That was a definite plus. Juan is also extremely helpful. Their warehouse is located in San Jose, I think, and if what you order is in stock, you can get it in 2 days or so. Jay called the minute my tiles arrived to let me know they were ready for pick up.
My only gripe was that when I went to pick up my order, the warehouse delivered the wrong tiles and I had to drive back to SF empty handed. Other than that, I had a very satisfying experience with my order and the staff here. Great service and selection!

Bought some tile here that I had originally seen at Bullnose Tile in San Jose — the manager at A3 beat their closeout price. I think this is great place to look for trim tile because of the variety they offer, and also important, there is no minimum amount that they require you to order. They also carry Laticrete grout. I didn’t inquire about the colors they keep on hand, but I do know that Lowe’s carries this brand but has very limited colors in stock.

I don’t know of other’s customer service experiences, but mine with A3 tile was great. We are home improvement novices doing our first bathroom remodel and the guys at A3 gave us so much attention/​patience our first visit. He talked to us about tile types, colors, durability/​wear and tear, ease of install, etc while we shopped. When we came back to place the order once we decided, he not only remembered us but gave a nice discount off our order. He told us it would be ready for pickup in 1 week and 1 week later and he didn’t even ask for my receipt, just told me to back the car up and he loaded everything in. Then told me if I needed any extra he could have it in 2 days. Awesome job, awesome staff and our bathroom looks killer!

If I could give this place negative stars, I WOULD!
Absolutely the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered grout which was to be available the next day. When I came to pick it up, it was the wrong grout. Seeing as this was an urgent matter, I asked to have the correct one rushed. No, I was told it would take a day. OK, where is it coming from? San Jose, I’m told. (30 min drive not 24 hours!!) Given the fact that this was urgent, I said I will go pick it up, and the drive wont’ take a day! Instead of agreeing, the guy just gave me a refund.
I repeatedly said, this is urgent… I do not want a refund I want to just pick up. Apparently he didn’t like my attitude and decided it would be best to simply screw me over. To make matters worse, he said that he would let me go get it, if I ADMITTED MY MISTAKE! umm WTF?
If you want quality customer service, this is not the place for you! I have no idea what the prices are on tile, but I can guarantee that customer service is one thing you will not get. You probably won’t even get the tile you order!
