really good value for the price! Nice new fridge… place very clean, pretty good condition. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would change is this… check out time is 11am… we went out for breakfast at 945 and wanted to stop in at about 1030-ish to use the bathroom… they were already in there cleaning our room!!! Good thing we had put all our stuff in our car before we went for breakfast. If you rent a room and checkout time is at 1100, NOONE should enter before that! thats why no 5 star… but for $ 100 a great value.

Dont waste your time or money! When I booked the room I requested the top floor. When I arrived to check in I was told that there were no top floor rooms avaiable. I said I wanted to cancel, then I was told there was one left. I went to a top floor room and I turned around and left! The room stunk like smoke. It was clean but I felt very unconfortable. The men that checked me in were very disorganized and creeped me out. I would never go back!

I am writing this review to specifically let you know what kind of owners and managers you are dealing with. A friend of mine had his mother working here and she had been working here longer than two years. They decided to fire her without giving her an explanation and even when she tried to ask for an explanation they refused to give her one. That kind of management and ownership is simply ridiculous. Just so you know they also often times don’t let their workers take a break. And lets not get started on how filthy it is… I would advice you to look for other places before you come here and support this kind of «business»

Odd that there’s no reviews of this place. First thing’s first: this place operates under«Americas Best Value Inn» and from now on I’m always going to be skeptical whenever a company proudly flails a critical punctuation error in their name and logo. Seriously guys, what is this? But that’s not this place’s fault. But the fact that it seems to be falling apart is. The toilet was pretty much backed up when we arrived. A tile on the bathroom floor came clean off. Towels that were already dreadfully thin had holes in them. Outlets were also a major problem. With technology the way it is it’s important for hotels to start accommodating this with ample sockets. Here we had to unplug the clock and extend wires across the room just to get our computers running. Small parking lot also. I don’t even know if there’s anywhere close to enough space for every tenant to park. Free Wi-Fi which is always nice. It works for what it is but could definitely use some updating.
