Greg the Printer Tech was extremely nice. Very professional with knowledge about laser printers. If you set up a service call ask for him to come out. He’s funny and has a great sense of humor.(not your typical service tech)

Bay Imaging has been providing our nonprofit agency with quality service throughout the years. They service our multiple color laser printers on site as well as troubleshooting smaller laser and inkjet printers out of their San Carlos office.
They’re extremely knowledgeable, thorough, timely, competent and efficient. Haven’t met the owner yet, but my conversations/​email exchanges with Tim Carter (the Customer Service Manager), Matt and Ricardo have been helpful, professional and friendly.
They recently provided invaluable troubleshooting expertise for a personal HP all-​in-​one unit I had, when initial phone and email conversations with HP ended only in frustration. Thanks to Bay Imaging, I’m on my way to finally resolving the issue.
When we have printer issues in the office and are too busy to troubleshoot multiple units, we go to Bay Imaging — because we know we’ll receive quality customer service and technical expertise in a timely manner.
