I used to go to this salon years ago. Was wooed away by Universe Nails. Very bad experience there a few weeks ago. Went back to First Impression and am I glad I did! Excellent service and my nails look better than ever. And … I saved $ 15! What a shock. I’ve been overpaying for the same «product» and for less service. Not any more! Check this place out. You’ll be happy you did!

Have been going here for some time now and seeing the same nail technician from the get-​go.
Perfect service every time, and now there are brand new, very comfortable leather pedicure chairs — 10 of them!

This is the best nail spa! It has a great upbeat energy, brand new really comfy massage pedicure chairs, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Mimi is my gal and she does a fantastic mani/​pedi. I recommend paying the extra $ 10-​$ 15 for the shellac finish because my manicure lasts for at least 3 weeks and my nails are dry when I walk out. If you can’t find parking on Laurel, there’s a parking lot at the back entrance of the salon. The salon does not take credit cards so be sure to bring either cash or check.
