Lies. Lies. and more lies! Justina was the seller’s agent. She had an argument with my agent and decided to hide or keep the keys to the house so I couldn’t do an inspection. After closing escrow, I discovered the seller left a freakin’ toilet in the back yard and among other pieces of junk she was supposed to remove. Justina said she was a professional agent and would ensure that her client would remove the items or she would. After weeks of stalling, it’s been a month now and she ignores my messages. And now she says it’s not her responsibility and doesn’t care. All talk. No action. That’s what you get with Justina Singh of Keller Williams of San Carlos. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Justina is very new to real estate. I would not trust buying or selling to someone so new and inexperienced. She was not very well educated and experienced with basic real estate questions: Unfamiliar with neighborhood, zoning, local schools, etc. Not sure which neighbors previous buyers /​sellers were working with Justina, but she was very uneducated about the neighborhood, schools, and local codes. If you want a real estate to show you where to sign, then she will be adequate; however if you want a knowledgable and experienced real estate agent, you may want to try another agent.

I met Justina during an open house… And I’m so glad i did!!! She’s awesome, genuine and caring.
She took time to really listen to what we wanted in a home for my family.
She was always available for anything that I needed, and always had the best advice for my family. She really does care for her clients and their needs.
Plus she’s always out and about, and knows a lot of the neighborhoods (where we had interest in). That was a plus for me, someone who was knowledgeable, and was going to help us choose a good location based on our family needs.
Can’t wait to work with you in the future. :)

She listened closely to our needs and helped us find just what we were looking for. She never missed a chance to meet us at an open house. She truly works hard and with passion. Her aggressive (but friendly) tactics helped us achieve a 15 day close!

Justina is the best Realtor agent. I ’ m very demanding and Justina was excellent she helped us sell our house at the bottom of the market for a good price within a month. She then found us 2 homes for the price we sold our home.
