I have waited 7 years to once again use LPC Enterprises for a rental property I own In San Mateo, CA. I was not disappointed. The property has original hardwood floors from 1953 that have been covered with wall to wall carpet for decades. The team from LPC Enterprises have made the floors look brand new. They made an honest evaluation and did have to sand and stain the floors due to years of pet damage unknown until the carpets were removed. Seven years ago my other unit did NOT need sanding and they still look great. These professionals took the time to determine the proper care and finishing to ensure that these floors will last for years to come. My only disappointment is I don’t have any other property for them to refurbish. A great big thank you, I feel I put my property in the best hands I could.

Guy Lee is the BOMB! I had an estimate for refinishing my wood floors. He came out immediately and gave me a written estimate right away. I had 3 others that came out and said they would send me an estimate, never received.
Because of my terminal illness, I had to renig on his service, even though his crew appeared because he did not receive his voice message cancellation.
He is very kind, empathetic and courteous. His work I have heard is meticulous and exemplary.
