This store used to be great and now it is not. If the employees found the importance of actually helping a customer instead of pretending to be busy restocking or straightening. I’m sure if I was buying a membership instead of just a pair of bike cleats the level of interest from the three employees in the bike dept would have been different.

Everything outdoor– you need it, they most likely have it!
I didn’t spend as much time in the store this time
around, but when I do, I can always count on someone asking me if I need assistance. Their online ordering is super easy and love the ability to pick up in store too. Ordered a pair of gloves I couldn’t find in store and a sales associate suggested I look online and have it either delivered to my home/​work or to the store (which is free). I chose the latter. The shipment was fast– I received an email within 2 days to pick up!

Can’t really say much more but I love this place and the toys that I love inside. It’s REI and its one stop shop for your outdoor stuff
Due to Andy (a knowledgable sales associate) helping me with what i came in the store for I also had the pleasure of getting a quick training course on the earths magnetic poles and how they effect North or True North depending on where you’re located. I had the time to take a sec and soak up some of his knowledge. A great guy to talk to if you go to this store.
