I was initially referred to Roger at Tristar by another company. Our carpets were badly stained and stinky from our old German Shepard dog that we’re having a hard time letting go. Roger did a fabulous job — made our carpets like new. We liked him so much, we had him do our rental in SF (you know how messy tenants can be), and he did an excellent job. To top everything off, his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Roger for his work ethics. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

I called this company on a Friday at 3:45 pm in a desperate situation when we came home shocked to find our dog had made several accidents. We tried to wipe and scrub what we could to no avail. TriStar came in 45 min and worked until it was dark on a Fri afternoon after 4:30 pm. You will not get a half fast job with this outfit. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond what we ever expected. There was no upcharge, he never sold me anything. He is an upstanding guy. It’s unusual to impress us in this day and age when we are so used to bad service everywhere. It’s RARE to find service of this quality!
