I hired San Clemente store to do the windows and sliders measurements and provide a quote for roller shades motorized using somfy? A lady came by and measured about 10 days and saif that she will forward the quote within two days. Yesterday I called her and she informed me that she will call me shortly to check the email and forward to me. As of now, I have not heard from them. I do not like to chase people. They do not understand one in the hand is better than 10 in the bush. Poor service with no accountability.

The poeple are nice there, but the shutters take forever. We special ordered shutters on August 31st and were told they would be installed withing 8 – 10 weeks, and it is now Nov 11th, and we still don’t have them. The worse part is that there was no effort by the company to call us and tell us about the delay. .. we keep calling and asking them. I’ll get back on and give an update to this review once we get them. .. hopefully this year! If I were to do it over again, I would go elsewhere. ..
