Cassano’s

Love this place! Always order takeout from here and it’s amazing. The calzone was MASSIVE and so reasonably priced. As for their pepperoni pizza, it’s one of the better ones I had from this area minus La Rocco’s. But Cassano’s is cheaper and wayyyyyyy faster.

The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because they don’t offer vegan options. I would love to support our small local Business but am forced to go to ZPizza, as they offer vegan options. Please consider adding it! Times are changing, people are going non dairy. It’s so easy to have vegan cheese, sausage etc. on hand… at least to test it. More business are changing menus to conform to a plant based diet. Please consider… we’d love to give you the business!:)

Fantastic pizza! We come here at lease twice a week we love it so much! They are always quick and friendly and the pizza always comes super fresh even if you order it by the slice (which we normally do). Just good, clean pizza!

Great food every time. Pizza and wings are perfect every time. Their white pizza is my favorite. It’s our new Italian go to!

Hit the spot! Super friendly staff, attentive and just great. Our little one ate his whole pizza, which says a lot. The calzones were great and the marinara sauce is the best I’ve ever had, seriously delicious. I wish I lived closer because we would eat here all the time!

Just got pizza and wings delivered. Did the online ordering said it would be an hour. Took about 30 minutes. Pizza was perfect and still hot. Wings were cooked perfectly and crispy. Came with sauce and blue cheese dressing, none of that ranch stuff, lol. Happy to have them back and providing quality delivery pizza.

Cassano’s used to be pretty much if you’ve spent any amount of time around the San Clemente Pier Bowl area then you’ve definitely had your fair share of slices over the years but that isn’t the case anymore as they’ve moved away from the Pier area and to a new location on El Camino Real across the street from Ralph’s.
The new location is bigger and has a bar now so that’s definitely a plus as you can’t ever go wrong getting a cold brew with your pizza pie!
Typical pizza place they deliver to the San Clemente area and have always been a place we occasionally would order from as their pizza has always been good.
Over the years I’ve had a ton of different pies here and everyone was always enjoyable so order away or keep it simple with a pepperoni like I sometimes do as it wasn’t too crazy expensive for a large pepperoni pie as I believe I payed $ 17.33 for it but still kinda on the high side.
I’m not sure when I will return here but it was definitely good to see what once was our go to slice on the beach still being delicious in it’s new home.

Love the new location! Inviting, clean, great atmosphere. Salads & pizzas with great flavor. Well cooked. A+ service. I ordered online, pushed pepperoncini instead of pepperoni. Received a nice phone call to double check. That’s customer service!!! Employees that think. Love that. Thank you Cassano’s Local business at its finest!

We ordered 12 dozen pizza’s for a very special 7 year old’s birthday and were very pleased with the order, delivery and remarkable variety of pies at our weekend party!

Really terrific food, awesome atmosphere and top tier service. When you walk in, you are family. You are a welcome guest and they love you. I am not from the area and stopped on a whim as I was passing through and it was such a sweet experience. Loved it!

We usually order from guichos eatery, but I got tired of their long hold on the phone and slow service. Decided to this place and could not be happier. They have bent over backwards to accommodate us. Pizza had to be remade so they offered a free beer while I waited. Then they asked how I’d like my food bagged, Etc.

I am very upset with this place. We have ordered for delivery many times and each time something goes wrong!!! Tonight I called and told them that I wanted my pizza by 7:45 when I called they told me that they only put the order in at 7:40!!! That’s horrible how were we suppose to get our pizza in 5 min.
This place is not run correctly and the service for delivery is very bad. The pizza is good but the service is horrible. Don’t think we will be ordering from here again we have tried time and time again to give them another chance, unfortunately customer service is very important in any company hope they can improve.

Awesome Pizza. Great service. Love the new location. Great beer and wine selection. Love the organic produce. Try Sharon’s salad. It’s the bomb. The homemade cheesecake is amazing.

Called in for a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. Great service on the phone as well as when I arrived to pick up. They’re into what they do and you can tell. The décor is really nice and has an open feel. Very clean. The pizza was really good… Not too thick and not too thin. Great flavor to the sauce as well. You can tell they use high quality ingredients which is a plus. We will be back.

Cassanos Pizza has been great from beginning to the end! From the warm welcoming of smiles, to make you feel like you’re at home, to the BEST pizza in all of Southern California, this is the place to eat. They have great specials during the week including ladies night! I would highly recommend the White, Cheese, and Pepperoni pizza! You MUST have the mozzarella cheese sticks as they can be a meal on their own! All of their pastas are yummy, truly nothing is bad and everything is GREAT! Oh, and Grammy’s salad is one to share or have all to yourself! The new location is beautiful but the food is incredible! I will not eat at any other pizza shop in the OC!

Cassano’s has been my favorite Italian restaurant since I was a kid — their peanut butter and bacon pizza is the best (next to the white pizza and classic plain cheese). I love the new décor and location — my family and I come in to watch football games because of the new bar set up. I like that they have local brewery beer too, and their wine selection goes perfectly with the fettuccine Alfredo. The owners are from Chicago and they make everyone feel right at home. I highly recommend Cassano’s!

We came in to grab a cassano’s pizza since we heard about the new one that had opened on El camino real. We ended up with pizza, tortellini and cheesecake too! Yummmm! Awesome ipa’s on tap, plus a bottled gluten free beer! Wine list plentiful too but I didn’t try any on this visit. Next time for sure!

They have the best pizza in town homemade sauce homemade pizza dough all the vegetables are sliced fresh. I love this at the pier and I love it the same now that is on the south end of town. Since it’s open I’ve already had it delivered twice and picked it up once. Can’t say enough about how great the owners are fantastic people. Give them a try! Beer on tap, fresh food, great service and some pretty cool décor!

This is the new Cassano’s in San Clemente. Our kids used to get slices of pizza after junior guards when it was located by the Pier — this is brand new and even better. We enjoyed the taste of the pizza, the temperature and the crust. It’s only been open a couple of days and we only ordered a pizza to go – but all 5 stars based on the experience so far.
