OC Laser Lipo

I have been coming here for the last month for various treatments and I am so impressed!
The moment you walk in the door there is a boutique area with wonderful skin care products, essential oils, candles, even the clothes are cute! The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming and very helpful. I came in interested in several different treatments and they were highly knowledgeable on all of their packages and offerings!
While waiting for my sessions, there is a quaint room that has dim lights and aromatherapy. I could almost fall asleep waiting for my session.
I would really like to thank Marissa the General Manager. She was my technician for the last month and she was amazing! Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all services. She never pressured me into up-​selling or more treatments, which is rare to find nowadays. I always looked forward to coming in twice a week and basically hanging out with Marissa. She made it fun and enjoyable. There were a few times I fell asleep during sessions because I was so relaxed and comfortable!
Overall, after nine sessions I lost nearly 7 inches off my torso area. I am very pleased. I am actually starting up a new session tomorrow since sadly my laser sessions ended today, but I plan to come back after the recommended break!
This place is seriously amazing. You would not expect this place to be so luxurious just from walking by. Highly recommend :)

I bought my mom a package here for her birthday and she simply loved it. We did not get the groupon deal because at the time we had no idea they even had one. They treated my mom very kindly during her first consultation and were patient even when my mom cannot speak fluent english. Not very many businesses out there who take their time and patience to work with clients this way.

I loved my session with Marissa, she was great and I did notice the difference right away around my midsection. Can’t wait to go back for another session and highly recommend!

Bought a living social. took many calls to get an appointment. They said they were sll booked up in dana and san clemente. I had to go to Santa Ana Uck… Strange location creepy unprofessional set up. Never received my cleanse pills either. The girl was a young flake.,
Not even an esthetician or in the medical field to use this equipment.
All she talked about was her boyfriend the whole time… what a joke this place was.

Bought a living social voucher for 3 zerona treatment a 30 day supply of zerone cleanse.
Booking an appointment was a nightmare. Was taken to a location different than from where I initially bought voucher for. That increased my drive an additional 30 miles. (San Clemente)
Lady that is taking care of service was cold, zombie, and did not address my questions.
She kept brushing me off every time I asked about the zerone cleanse by telling me lies how they ran out of it.
Eventually got zerone cleanse but after the treatments which was probably useless. She did not even explain to me how to use them. She just said READ THE BOX.
Nasty service, Nasty place.

My Mother — of — the– Bride dress just arrived in the mail. With excitement I tried it on to see what it looked like! Wow… I couldn’t believe my eyes! When shopping for my dress I could not believe it when the sales lady said to me, «Honey, we will need to order you this dress in a smaller size.!» I could not believe my ears… «Smaller Size!» was music to my ears! I have not had the pleasure of hearing a sales lady tell me I need to order a smaller size for years! I owe this all to Zerona and the wonderful staff at OC Laser Lipo at Talega Day Spa in San Clemente!
When I walked into the OC Laser Lipo I was greeted with a smile and was quickly impressed with the beautiful spa setting. As a 58 year old soon-​to-​be Mother of the Bride I explained to both Julie and Marissa my hopes and desires to look my best at my daughter’s wedding and in her wedding pictures.
I had already joined Weight Watchers and was looking for something to help make my dreams turn into reality. While Weight Watchers was working, I was concerned if the inches would come off, as well. Julie and Marissa are both so knowledgeable and so honest. I was explained how my hopes to lose inches, particularly in my arms and hips, could become a reality. Julie and Marisa explained how the laser treatments I would receive at OC Laser Lipo could «Kick Start» a more rapid and noticeable difference in the size of my arms and hips.
In ten short weeks, I went from a size 18 to a size 14. Losing weight, losing inches and the personal friendships I have made with Julie and Marisa at OC Laser Lipo is what made me want to write this review. Sure, you can find Zerona laser treatments throughout Orange County. But, you can only find Julie and Marisa at OC Laser Lipo. It is this dynamic duo, their encouragement, and personal commitment I attribute my success! Thank you Julie and Marissa… you are right! Zerona Laser Lipo really does work!

I bought there «Groupon» deal…(maybe a different coupon co.) & I have called them 4 times & left messages over the month since I purchased it & no call back. The recording says they are very busy due to their current promotion «so please allow up to 24 hrs. to receive a call back». Hmmm… so far, really bad customer service. I’ll update this post if I ever get an appt.

I feel scammed… hopefully this works for others. I do not recommend going here with a coupon deals (groupon, screamin, plum…). If you are truly interested, just call them and tell them you want to try it out first. Otherwise you waste $ 100-​$ 300 on something that does not work but they justify the advertisement as a consultation fee.
This review is strictly for the Zerona, and OC Laser Lipo Not Talega Day Spa. From what I understand, the owner of OC laser lipo just rents the place out of the day spa.
The Pro:
They get you in the door quickly.
They are honest.
The Con:
The room was not a private room with a door, just a curtain. I would be pissed if I spent $ 1000 to spend 6 hours in a room with a curtain. There are too many other nice spa’s where you get your own room.
They don’t tell you how the process works before you book your 1^st appt. — Don’t bother going unless you are going to subscribe to 12 sessions (sorry all you coupon holders — you wasted your money!) They don’t tell you this.
The room was freezing and you sit there for 30 minutes. with no covers.
When you book your first appointment, you better be ready to return every 48 – 72 hours for 11 more times — otherwise you will be told it doesn’t work. I recommend finding those additional times in your first appointment — otherwise you will waste your $
I’m not going to debate whether Zerona works or not because I did not sign up to do 12 sessions.
