HUGESAFETYISSUE. PLEASEBEWARE. LIFEGUARDUSELESS. My son, who was learning to swim, mistakenly floated into water that was too deep for him to stand. I was watching him from across the pool but also thought that the bottom of the pool, which was separated from the kiddie pool by a rope, was deeper but flat. I noticed him bob up and down and realized he was not just playing but getting distressed. I pointed him out to the lifeguard standing just next to me. She did NOTHING. She feebly shouted and pointed across the pool to another life guard who could not hear her over the fountains and other noise a few times but didn’t bother to so much as blow her whistle! I started to panic. I realized if I dove in I might not reach him in time. I was about ready to rip the whistle from her neck when the lifeguard on the other side of the pool finally caught site of him by then my son had managed to bob up and down all the way to the side of the pool where he could finally touch. I’ll never forget the look of shock on his face that nothing was done. I was angry. It gives a completely false sense of security to have those lifeguards at the pool. I reported exactly what happened the man that was responsible for training the life guards. I suggested that they be trained to use their whistles as they can obviously not hear one another across the water. He did not apologize or even acknowledge that my recommendation. He just stared at me and seemed to take offense at my report and recommendation of a simple solution. PLEASEACTASIFNOLIFEGUARDSAREPRESENTBECAUSEEVENTHOUGHTHEY’RETHERE — THERENOT.

Great lap pool! Clean friendly staff with long hours that work around my work schedule. Thank you!

Don’t take your kids here if your concerned about safety! The lifeguards and staff are complete idiots! They will not let my 3 year old wear a shirt that has floatation foam built in it. They are a bunch of liberal regulators.
