I used Ruff Doodie for about a year now and even posted a previous review after starting their service. often times service goes down hill after a while, this is not the case with Ruff Doodie.
They maintain a consistant level of outstanding customer service. I felt i needed to write another review as unfortunately due to moving, i had to regretfully discontinue my service with them.
If you are looking for doggie waste removal service, this is the place. Such pleasant, personable, professional people. Jose and his team are wonderful, they worked with me to ensure i had the service i needed, and that is exactly what i needed. They apparently go all over San Diego County

Nothing but great things to say about this company! Jose is very professional and dedicated and was extremely accommodating to our needs. They cover all of San Diego county which was a big relief when I called, because many companies don’t service north county. Jose also did a follow-​up call after just a few services to make sure we were satisfied. I called several businesses for quotes due to having 5 dogs and Ruff Doodie was unbeatable. And Amy rocks! She comes out every week. My dogs love her, and she shows a genuine compassion for them in return spending time giving them all some scratches and cookies! (I’m actually in Vista not in Las Vegas as my profile says. Recently moved)

I had seen a review by Lesley S. on a local page in my town. Thought I’d give the company a try.
Read this slowly… I never thought that I’d be THIS excited over doggy doodie!
Seriously.
I signed up for Unilocal JUST to say how great this service, company, and the owner, Jose is. He’s professional, extremely courteous, quick to reply to any communication, and the service is very well priced! He drove all of the way from South Bay area to Ramona for the job. So happy!
Did I mention I have 3 dogs? Imagine that, if you will… ;)
Mention my name «MARLA F.» in Ramona, and he’ll even give me a credit off of my bill! I did for the lady that I found the company through, and she’s getting a credit. Can’t beat that!

I found this company thru a Facebook friend and knew I had to call. Being disabled, I was in need of help with my dogs. They called me promptly and we set up a time. Being in Ramona I was thrilled they were willing to service my area. The owner came I his adorable Ruff Doodie car and set us up for bi-​weekly service. He personally cleaned up my entire yard and I am thoroughly pleased! I will happily spread their name around to all my local friends!

Nothing but great things to say about Ruff Doodie. The quote was spot-​on, Mr. Torres arrived early (after a prompt email and courtesy call) and removed a lot of scattered dog debris in an hour, raking the area as he went
He was very pleasant, personable, and efficient. An amazing job for a very fair price. I will recommend this business to everyone. And they’re a local company, not a national franchise.

We actually used Super Doodies prior to using Ruff Doodie. I guess they went out of business… one way or another, they stopped showing up, we tried calling, but never got a call back. So, we called Jose at Ruff Doodie. His prices were good and we hired him. Since then, Ruff Doodie has been on time, displayed a professional attitude, and has been able to accommodate our schedule. We highly recommend Jose, and Ruff Doodie, to anyone needing pet waste removal.

We’ve been using Ruff Doodie for a couple of months now. They are awesome!!! This is a service that makes being a dog owner just far more pleasant.
I beg, plead, nag and harass, but I just can’t get my kids to get to the doodie with enough frequency to keep me happy. Now, with a once a week «deep clean,» our otherwise paltry efforts seem to keep the yard in great shape.
The owner, Jose, is professional and a great communicator. Even my initially hesitant husband is absolutely in love with this service. If we are not here, we get a note, which includes not just a «we were here» but also any concerns about the dogs. Jose noticed right away when one of our dogs wasn’t there (she was at the hospital), and he seems to have genuine love for dogs.
I highly recommend this service without hesitation.
