After shopping around for a someone to come in and do some storm remediation Eric was able to properly price and perform water remediation on my carpets and kitchen area from a rooftop leak.
Eric came over after my place flooded during this last storm. They meticulously cleaned up the water damage, used heap filter fans and made sure that I wouldn’t have any black mold damage.
Eric is creative, clean and fairly priced and bonded for commercial work. Bonus! What a godsend for a situation that would’ve left me wet… Not dry. Lol

Ten stars!!! Eric Albright is the B E S T Handyman I have ever hired and I ought to know, since I’ve been in my home for over 20yrs and have had some very inferior work done, in the past. His prices are more than reasonable and he is a hard-​working, conscientious, honest person (which is apparently unheard of, in San Diego). He installed a cast concrete wall fountain on my garage wall and re-​roofed the overhang over my back door, for me. Next month, I’m having him come back to re-​paint my retaining wall, (that was just done 2yrs ago with paint that didn’t even match – by some knucklehead).
